Don’t think this is a bad deal for a nice decent SUV run around. 5k miles is probably a kicker for some but for round town and the school run. It’s not bad. 6 months upfront (935… Read more

How’s the mileage? We drive in city and motorway. Currently have Tucson and it’s fuel hog, just sold it but don’t want to repeat mistake of burning cash

I work in supply chain as a buyer and I have to listen to Brexit and pandemic excuses all day every day from my suppliers. I am immune to this crap now (:I Most companies are past Brexit already and yes, shipping times are extended but we are talking maybe one or two extra days worst case for custom clearance. If your suppliers are telling you they are experiencing 2 week shipping delays because of Brexit, when we are 6 months past that, either you have bad suppliers or are being lied to (:I

I have Fabia SE L 1.0 110ps and it's a fricking blast to drive. You can be really sensible with it, shift the gears at around 2500 RPM, or if you need quicker acceleration these little engines love the rev and can go up to 5-6k easily without any issues. I get over 50 MPG without even trying.

MincedMutton

I do, as do many others. I don't use our car for commuting, even before covid. After covid even less folk will be using their car to travel to work. Weekly shop, visit family/friends, occasional weekend drives and so on. Point is, just because it doesn't suit you doesn't mean it's not a good deal to others. Plus, like I said, you can increase the mileage if needed.

Mart1plc

How many people do 5000 miles per year! Not many! It’s set like this to grab your attention!

GeoffAngela

Follow up on this was I heard nothing for a week and when I rang up they told me it was indeed a pricing error. No admin fee offer or anything. Not terribly impressed.

golf_r32

Yeah I got same email too.

bowdiddly

Jusr had an email explaining the misprice, offered to waive their £199 admin fee if I found another car I liked, seems fair under the circumstances

sohotrightnow

It was a misprice. I rang this morning following an application I made.

GeoffAngela

Had a call earlier from a lease advisor gathering further info for the finance application. No mention of a misprice, so fingers crossed...

Same I've gone for the nevada white though and the driving assistance pack came to about £357. For the kit you get with the car especially adaptive suspension the leon makes more sense than the gti clubsport. AND actual physical buttons on the steering wheel!

N.T

Yeah with 4 grand upfront... Its waaay more expensive...

jordan_stapley

I also just leased this car. Expected delivery late July. 3 + 35. 10k £344pm with optional Graphene Grey paint. When compared to the likes of the Golf ( which half the country has) and the BMW 135i the standard spec is far greater. When adding options to others the Cupra comes out on top by a fair margin in terms of price.

Sub555

What's the problem with not owning the vehicle? What's your solution? Wait and buy second hand or pay more on pcp? Don't really get the stigma when it comes to leasing.

foordy08

I do agree but for the most part but there are plenty of deals posted here for hot hatches and they do go hot. The previous model deals a year ago where very popular

FYI for anyone looking to get this - they only have the metallic colours remaining in either trim and they are all additional costs per month. Sadly won’t be getting anymore white in according to them. :( Hope everyone is enjoying their Ioniq! @Mark I’m not sure if this increased cost for the other colours is factored into your deal? Otherwise is this expired now?

kevinqian

Sorry just saw your update. PM you already. cheers

blimpo

Nice! What was the final price per month, and how much was the excess mileage fee you were quoted?

kevinqian

The price is apparently still alive for both 2 years and 3 years. I talked to Gemma the account manager (do they only have her in the team?) and have got all the finance/order sorted today. She understands it's a deal from 'hot deal' website!! (y)

pandat

Called them today and they won't match the offer posted here. They were offering 223.47 per month based on same terms as posted in this deal. Has this deal expired?

I am getting this in May/June with 6K miles per year over 3 years. If I am over 18K, 0.08p per mile

oliver_gould

Thanks buddy, what i cannot see anywhere on the website is how much per mile they charge ?

Why_so_serious

They want 10k or less on the clock when they take it back or they will charge excess mileage. Whether you do that in a month or 2 years doesn't matter.

oliver_gould

How much do they charge per mile if i was to go over the 5k per annum, also do any unused miles from one year transfer into the following years pot.... apologies if this is a silly question

Not if you paid me (lol)

Good deal for 3 years

I know, it is a crappy mokka as well, started low mpg when new, but never improved. I have to get rid now as cost of running and depreciation of car over the next 3 years will be more than the cost of a lease of an EV.

(lol) U know I was like u all over manual. But so many things changed now, The fact that my car speedometer says overall average of my speed including A roads not just small roads is 15 miles / hour shoes u how slow and painful it is to drive here, I will be forever changing between first and second gear. Likewise we now have a bizarre 20 miles an hour which is so hard to maintain gears or even stick to the 20 when u r being over taken by cyclists So with auto I put the speed limiter cruise thing on 20 and it does the rest up hill down hill and make sure I am not breaking the speed limit Same with the new average speed camera where u can’t just slow down to avoid the camera

CatsWithThumbs

I appreciate not everyone is the same but for me personally, manual gives me extra control. I have driven an auto and did not like the feeling that I wasn't in control of the gears. I would choose manual every time. I drive because I like to drive, I don't like the feeling that the car is driving me. Don't get me started on self-driving ones!

Nicolas

And your point is? Why don’t u buy a horse cart cause u can instead of driving a car! And most of the main towns around the country are as grid locked as London.

CatsWithThumbs

We drive manual because we can. And most of the country does not live in London.

Nicolas

Why is every car lease deal manual? In fact why in 2021 do we still drive manual? In London traffic u ll be swinging between 1 and 3 every 6 seconds!

Mines due 19/7/21 and hoping it arrives shortly after given my other vehicle will be being collected

BSNLPOOL

This company is a bad joke. Awful comms. Awful customer service. Delivery is now set for August. 7 WHOLE MONTHS from order date. shocking.

marmitedan

Mine will be with dealer 19/07/21. You can always ask about cancelling. You get 14days cooking off from signing contract. Otherwise I think leasing options charge 3% of vehicle value. I guess it’s worth the question though

ivrytwr3

Ordered the Skoda Kamiq for the inlaws through Leasing Options in January, just had this email from them: "There is still no confirmed build date for your vehicle; once there is a confirmed build date the vehicle is usually 4 to 6 weeks from factory to the dealership and then a further 1 week for delivery on to you." So we are looking into July/August?! Anyone know if this is right in the current climate? 7 or 8 months for delivery? They haven't put down any money, but have signed the contracts, anyone know if they could cancel now without any penalty?

hooksey9

Haven’t cancelled mine no. I was given a date of 05/07/21 that the dealer should receive the car. I should hopefully receive it shortly after that. I sold my car so hoping this comes through!
