Cinema prices not that bad, what blood boiling is that they ask £10 for a large popcorn (poo)
Watch the new height restrictions too, some of the "smaller" rides now require taller people.
The Ultimate isn't open. Not sure why, but it's a deal-breaker for my kids as they love that roller-coaster.
I remember when it was £7.50 for a bus trip from Newcastle to Lightwater Valley and that included the entrance fee (£4 if I remember rightly) in the 90s. In perspective, the price hasn't changed that much if you consider the price increases in other entertainment industry businesses like cinemas. (nerd)

Lightwater Valley Annual Pass £48£48
An incredible deal for a whole 12 months of admission to Lightwater Valley theme park! One of the cheapest theme park annual passes I’ve ever seen.
Great for anyone who lives close by, teens love it and it’s great value if you can get there a few times
Yeah. It's because you only get on 2 rides during each visit because of the massive queues and poor ride operations, so they let you come back 16 times to get your money's worth. :) https://www.altontowers.com/tickets-passes/season-annual-passes/season-pass/
The safety record here is not good. As someone who worked here, it's not difficult to see why - a 16 year old's training on operating rides wasn't much more than 'press this button to go'. Given recent reviews on Tripadvisor that suggest poor staff training, I doubt much has changed. Id suggest going somewhere else.
Had them last year

£6 off Lightwater Valley tickets for over 1.3m£19£22.5016% off
Excellent deal for the summer hols, not as good as some 241 in parks but great saving. £38 for two adults seems like a good enough deal to me. Enter code at checkout before 31st Ju… Read more
Pulse 1 and pulse 2 selling them again on sale are August 16th, Sept 13th and October 11th . They fly out in 6 mins and when we bought them the website couldn't cope and kept crashing. I was multitasking and told other families to book their own. There is another radio beginning with S. Now cant remember the name but on sale 1st August Could be smooth radio so check it out
I'd not been to Lightwater Valley in 20 years. We decided to take the kids a few weeks ago and was pretty disappointed. No comparison to Alton Towers or even Flamingoland. On a positive note we got round the entire theme park in under 4 hours going on some rides 2-3 times. It was very quite!
Yes would like to no details regarding which radio station too
Is that for flamingo land, is it 241 like last year? Which radio shall I be looking out for? Wouldn’t mind going there too
Older teenagers wont like this park, they prefer alton towers. Flamingoland has changed in the past 4 years and looked ok. Tickets on offer 1st August on radio stations online

Might seem a reasonable price - however i would seriously suggest considering spending on going somewhere else! There are very few decent rides here and the best part of the whole place are the birds of prey. Use DS2FOR1AG16 for 2 for 1 at flamingo land instead!!
talk about a misleading code name - offers £20 off £80 worth of tickets here. Methinks they need to look up what half price actually means
Still £20 off for me for a family of four, many thanks OP. :)
not really half price, it gives me £30 off only
Any money off is always welcome, but not exactly half price as the code is used online and the online price is £20. Also not valid on disabled + carer tickets, which seems wrong in principle to me.
