Did they make you phone to complain? I've submitted a complaint through resolver an they want me to call to lodge a complaint. I'm finding them really awkward to deal with at every turn.
Switching finishses tomorrow. Hoping everything goes smoothly to the end. The application process wasn't friendly on a laptop. I think it's set up to be mobile, so you can upload your documents through the mobile website.
Finally got £50 bonus only three weeks after target date. Plus another £50 either because someone else took up one of my referrals or maybe because Metro messed up again. Seems to be no way no way to track the payments apart from them being marked A or B, referee or referrer. Plus another £75 because I complained about previous problems. So £175 and counting.... 8)
I got asked to take ID and 2 proof of address into branch (this is in addition to the ID scan and live selfie when signing up) Having issues proving my address to them with everything being paperless and them not accepting print offs. This has easily been the most faff I've had to switch accounts.
