Can’t find the voucher after registering?

I’ve been to the one on king street Manchester like 8 times. Only once I had to wait longer than 20 minutes and has always been top quality.

Been to the one in Newcastle twice, first time waited over an hour for my meal and the second time it was just fat with a bit steak

Registered the app, no mention whatsoever of 20% off next visit, just a free glass of Prosecco. Sighs!

Pity the food is dire

They couldn't keep up the quality as a Harvester so rebranded them, but still the same problems with consistency. The steaks are better but the sides*********, the prices are on the high side.

No mention whatsoever of 20%off, just downloaded app and registered. I think this offer may have lapsed.

We’ve been a few times, and the steaks have been excellent. In fact, heading there tomorrow night and this 20% off will be very useful

really? I think its a really cheap steak house for a very decent steak. I go regularly as my cheap steak night instead of the better places. its like £21.50 for a 12oz sirloin, with salad, chips, onion wedge and gravy, that's basically me done for £21.50, I find that cheap..... guess overprived and cheap is subjective.

Depends on the waitress. It's only meant for the person who's signed up but our waitress applied it to all 5of us. You could always get the others to sign up to or do as suggested in the first comment on this thread. Enjoy your meal.

I have the voucher for a free glass of wine with my meal on Friday does the 4 of us receive it or just the person who has signed up ? Patrice.

Very good meal. Didn't even need to share the voucher, one was scanned and the whole party were offered a free glass of wine each without us even asking, saved £22 off the bill and the service was excellent. That's the way to get repeat custom.

That's a shame. It some depends on your debit/credit card usage. We use our Santander debit card as our regular spending card so more offers.

sorry Joseph...just seen your question. ...it was a 12oz Rump cooked medium...but unlike any rump steak ive ever had before. ..honest. just superb.
