I sent the link to my cousin who said she was not interested in the sales and she bought them 😋

I have had loads of issues dealing with them on returns that they don't refund without a battle. However, I have 3 pairs of their Wellington boots and find them the absolute best and therefore in my case at least it's worth the occasional hassle of dealing with their customer service.

Omg this company is a nightmare to deal with. Try and call them multiple times,you will wait over an hour. Then when I returned the boots I didn't receive a refund . Even though I had confirmation they received my return in their warehouse. I had to escalate to my bank and threaten them until I received my money. Be careful

Likewise. I found the lady on the phone rude when I had to call customer services for a pair of boots I’d ordered in time for Xmas - they sent me completely different boots to what I’d ordered and they couldn’t care less

It wasn’t a quality issue but the disgusting levels of customer care received or not received by muck boots, we returned a high value order by the recommended returns method ups lost the parcel. Muck boots could see from tracking we had handed the parcel to ups but stated they could not refund until ups found the parcel. Looking at the reviews it seems a common issue once they have your money you have to fight them to get a refund. The customer care is all overseas, the girls on the end of the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful promise calls back and they never arrive. Anyway that’s my experience

Dunlop wellies have been worn for decades day in day out by country folk and these are just shoe versions of the boot, also they are most definitely made out of lined rubber and not plastic (my wife has been using them in the garden every day for decades). But each to their own ;)

We went out shopping today & returned home this afternoon to find 2 large packages had been delivered. I was a bit confused at first looking at the box labelling as it stated Honeywell, as is the plumbing controls company. But opened them up & it was the Muckboot wellies, all as per the order, design, correct sizes, etc. So no Christmas day excuses to be made to Mrs Madcow for the absence of a pair of expensive dog walking wellies. Anyway it was touch a go, but got there in the end. Merry Christmas to all HUKDers Madcow

Could be worse, you could have been sent completely the wrong pair (lol) Agree sizing is off - the size they sent me was the size I ordered just completely incorrect boots, and they’re too big. I called them and got through to what sounded like an extremely fed-up American lady, she said she’d call me back but haven’t heard anything. Hope your experience is better

The return process itself isn't so bad. Getting your refund is a little more problematic, but I have eventually been refunded both times I returned things to them. You will probably need to keep reminding them though. Sorry your boots didn't fit, for myself I have found them to be comfortable using the same size as my shoes. I started with a larger pair and have to wear wellie socks with those. I Stiil think you can't get better wellies for the money than these.

Both the pairs I ordered arrived today but one pair is too small and the other pair too big (not for the same person) They really aren't true to size IMO. Now to start the, what seems like hideous, return process :(

I got sent a pair of boots, just not the ones I ordered. Completely the wrong pair. I called them before Christmas and they said they’d ring back, haven’t heard anything since. It’s such a shame the customer service is so shocking, as people’s reviews of the actual product seem to be good.

Did anyone get their order? I had money taken but nothing sent, so sent a message yesterday and they have refunded me with no message back :-(

Have a pair of men's muck boots and they are amazing. Always warm feet no matter what weather we have. Great price

Heat added OP, didn't get the ones you found but picked up another pair at a great price.

Limited sizes left now...but great deal for some fab boots.

I will give my mum the heads up as she uses these boots up the stable yard all the time.

Just had a look for my wife and still are a good choice of sizes for the boots she likes. Just in case anybody thinks the deal is just the boots I have bought.

Once you choose colour and a size it will update to £80. Doesn't always update as expected.

If you haven't had these before I'd say the sizes run large for wellies - at least they do in the arctic sport and greta muckboots models. I'm a 5.5 or 6 in trainers and a size 5 in muckboots so might be worth a punt on the size 5 if you're not quite a 6 and want one of the plaid patterns. I don't think the women's fit will be any good for bigger calves because the neoprene tends to be fairly snug on them.

Okay, this is a bit of a wild goose chase methinks! Shows all styles/colours at £32.00 but it is only the Black- Pink Plaid in a size 9 and the Brown- Hot Leaf Camo in a size 9 at this price! Misleading!
