Yes you can get NRT patches free although as csiman corrected said only a weeks supply but they are not this make but a cheaper type instead.

im in northern ireland and we get this make for free foras long as needed. i know because thats how i stopped!

maybe im wrong but unemployed people or people on benefits dont have to pay for precriptions in england, combined with free prescriptions in scotland, wales and n.ireland means if you pay for prescriptions in the UK you are in the minority! hahahaha

England more or less constantly makes up 84% of the total population. I doubt half of England get free prescriptions lol

and Scotland dont get free prescriptions either yet.
