When you look at the UK's leading supermarkets (plus, Amazon and online China shopping), WHY is Morrisons so dopey and/or stubborn with their home deliveries?? I live very near the M25 and 10 minutes from a Morrisons store....yet, my area is still not eligible home delivery.
I'm not lazy, I just would like better to understand why they are still years behind the competition (i.e. leading) retailers.

This is because unlike Tesco, Sainsburys and Asda who pick off thier supermarket shelves, Morrisons is delivered by Ocado who only operate from central warehouses. These warehouses are only in certain areas but they are gradually expanding. ​

Same for me £80 spend

They were however offering 5000 (£5) worth of points on your morrisons more card for a £40 spend and I had 10% cashback with my bank so it was worh doing anyway.
