Has anyone else had problems from this company, I placed my order on the 24th and still not received it, just getting fobbed off with customer services from a gmail account

These are great, until you realise you'll absolutely stink of smoke if you sit close enough to benefit from the heat they'll kick out.

Nice firepits so heat , but they will age ie rust and it will stain your patio. Its impossible to remove so I would suggest cast iron but sometimes even the legs are soft steel with them.
