Luckily you don't need to contact them. Just contact another provider and they'll sort out the whole switch. I'm waiting for them to come back to me. But frankly, I will if I need to. No way is this a fair way of dealing with customers. Especially when you then offer new customers a lower price.

Yeah positive, said they wasn't going to raise the price during covid restrictions. Looks like it's locked til Feb, contract ended 16th August.
