I paid £5000 for my first big bike a Kawasaki er6n in 2010 from George Whites on 5 years intrest free. This is a good price for a good bike in this day and age.

Bike theft is rife everywhere. My advice have more locks than the bike next to you. But if they want yourbike they’ll get it

They have brought back the B.S.A. Bloody Sore Arse. Some one had to do it.

Now that should be fitted as standard, but it's another way for them to make even more money...

Factory Gel comfort seat available, but pricey. I had one on mine and it was worth the expense. Flogged it on fleabay for what it cost later.

Seems like all the bikes these days come with the most uncomfortable seats they can come up with... This one looks like it'll be 30 miles before you need to take a break so your backside can recover.

No, I tend to walk to my parents place most of the time.

Kwaks hold their value pretty well to be honest

That video is quite literally recorded history of it happening. I guess you're trying to find out of it happens frequently - I very much doubt that many S1000RR owners get anywhere near the limits of what it's capable of, so no, I doubt it happens frequently.

He'd say there's a record of it?

Turbo Busa or nothing, amirite?

You could have bought a nice house for this money back in the 70s where this kwak belongs.

The first thing I did when I got my Bell Array helmet was to remove the "Bell" badge/logo - thankfully it wasn't 'integrated' like this is. Imagine riding around with the word "Bell" on your head ;)

I agree with the other bits but that bit is questionable IMO... Well, expensive or not, helmets should be replaced every couple of years :)

True but it's a specialized lid!! The bell is a helmet brand that won't look daft if you ride say a Scott or cannodale!

Something a few quid less, just as light and with good reviews (2012/13 model I think) Specialized Propero II for £52.50: http://www.leisurelakesbikes.com/p/9060/specialized-propero-ii-road-helmet-sale Usually £70, and only sizes Small and Medium left. I was too tight to pay £70 for a 2013/14 model, so just got one to replace my Bell Array. Much more comfortable and lighter.

Thats why your user name is "BeerGoggles" lol
