got miy six through yesterday - excellent quality thanks again
Fantastic, can we vote on this deal again? I was expecting A4 size prints which I've had before but the 12" x 18" prints look so much better. Although gloss, the quality was a lot better even on the 3" prints than what I've had ever had before. Spending a bit more time getting my photos ready for my next order which will be 10 prints for christmas presents, £2.49 each which I think is excellent value for great quality. Cheers Suziebaby and Pixum!
Fantastic quality prints. I'm a regular customer of Photobox, but these Pixum prints are much better quality
Mine turned up as well today, and all I can say is SUPERB! Thanks so much Suziebaby2002!!
Just had a look on Wilkos for frames and they do some cheapo ones at £2.50 upwards for a 16"x12". If you have the room, they also have some 20"x16" that you would then have to get a mount for from £3 upwards (you can always buy the £9 frames that include a mount, but this is shoving the price up all the time?) These were actual frames, didn't look at the clip ones. I didn't notice when ordering if you could select matt as a paper finish? Would have prefered a satin/matt finish as it doesn't tend to stick to the glass like gloss does, hence I will be framing mine in the 20x16"'s with/using a mount  As far as the posters go, really happy with mine. Some of the greens look a little odd, but they were all taken with the same camera and some of them are fantastic, must be more down to the actual photo rather than the processing. I bought a dozen of them and although I wasn't going to frame them all, will probably end up doing so now the other half has seen them :? (that's one wall full then)

Pixum's server is as slow as a snail. ive got 60kBps upload and its taking over 3 minutes for a 200kB to finish! i wont make it on time. i hate pixum. :x
Well you should get them for just the postage (2.99 euro), but because of the exchange rate and credit card terms you are given, it will certainly be more and if they make a cock-up like they did with me it could be a lot more! Of course you should get £6.75 back with Quidco, but it seems like that is pot luck too. Personally I’d order from someone in the UK.
Well I did, thinking I would still get the quidco, but hasnt tracked yet. Am annoyed about that! Cant submit an enquiry until the 6th, will let you know how I get on!
ive got about 25 pictures to print, so how much will i be charged? also, will i get quidco?
I should steer well clear of this deal, it’s the pits! I ordered £10.23 worth of prints (including the 25 free prints) and was actually charged £11.89 four times! This was because firstly they didn’t knock off the free prints, then they charged the amount in euros, so with the exchange rate your credit/debit card gives, you pay extra, then my bank charged me a £1.00 overseas transaction fee, per transaction and finally they apparently had a 'small temporary technical problem' which meant the order was generated four times, instead of just the once. Of course Pixum refunded me for the three orders they shouldn’t have take, but again because they pay this in euros, with the exchange rate, I only got £10.29 X 3 back. The result is my order that should have cost me £10.23 actually cost £ 16.69! On top of this Quidco hasn’t tracked yet, so I’m another £6.75 down. The prints look ok though, apart from the edges of the 6X4’s, which look like they have been hacked with a blunt blade (time for some machine maintenance too)! Oh and I’ve got three extra sets of the same pictures that I don’t need, which Pixum kindly said I could keep by way of compensation! These will all be going in landfill...so much for my carbon footprint this month!! All in all not much of a deal really. I’ve let them know of my dissatisfaction and have had their standard email back, thanking me for my query and telling me that their normal response time is 1-2 days. About the only thing in their favour was that the prints were delivered quickly. Oh well hope this helps someone else. It’s a shame really because I have a lot of prints produced for my business and thought at a penny a print I couldn’t go wrong…obviously I could.
