Hi savo - my claim also said that but there is a date they give to let the retailer respond by, Paypal issued the notification of the case going in my favour the day after that date so have a look at the date they gave you for your particular claim.
Well the status of my claim still says "Awaiting other party's response" At least its good to hear that people are getting their money back.
I have also just received confirmation from PayPal that they are going to refund. I did raise a claim though after three phone calls and two emails to pots and pans. Each time they told me they had refunded but it would take a few hours to show up! Anyway, hope everyone gets this sorted- you will need to make a claim within PayPal though.
Finally received confirmation from PP this morning that they have credited my account with the full amount.

I phoned last week regarding my refund and was told that it would be paid immediately. Another week has now passed and I phoned again today – no reply. Eventually managed to phone one of their shops in St Andrews and when I asked why I wasn’t getting a reply from their head office, she said “you won’t, we’ve gone into administration”. Good job I paid by credit card!
Right that's been 10 days now I may have to go chargeback on them. Not before a phone call tomorrow and another email it seems.
Now received a refund after disputing with PP. Think they're just holding on to people's money unless you open a dispute. Not impressed with a company who operate just along the road from me - will be steering clear!
Got my refund today after 2 emails and one phone call! Oh and a Paypal dispute :)
Anyone get their refunds sorted out? Got cancellation email on 3rd April about refund and noticed the other day I only just got charged for the transaction, 9th April. Have already emailed them about a refund and they said the demand was so high they are working through refunds. Just wanted to know if people got sorted out who paid via card?

Henckels Twin Point 7 Piece Knife Block Set £59.95 @ Pots And Pans£59.95
Was looking for some kitchen knives came across this site some good deals This set is £20 cheaper than amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/Henckels-Twin-Point-Piece-Knife/dp/B003LCXO… Read more
Quick google indicates that this is the reduced price for many online retailers. Difficult to gauge the real value of this deal.
I've got some Zwilling JA Henckels knifes from TKMax and these are the best knifes. This German make is very popular in the US but not well known in the UK. For £60 this is a steal and if you don't own any already, buy them. Henckels also makes Scissors in the same 1st class quality. (Be warned, there are a lot of fakes/seconds sold on ebay)
I doubt it - let's see. I smell a very large rat. :x
i agree that was a lot of time wasted getting back refunds etc maybe these guyd need a red flag -- has anyone got one at that price
This is garbage, and not very believable. They've still got enough stock to sell at £133.95, I see. Loosely translated it means: Sorry - we ****ed up. However, as we're not at all interested in sorting the problem out to keep our customers happy, you can go hang. Oh, and by the way, we make a huge margin on these toasters, so we'll give you a tiny bit of it just to tempt you to buy one anyway. Or maybe: Sorry - we had a load of toasters to shift. We just thought if we got enough people onto the site by offering a price we weren't prepared to honour some of them might buy one anyway for a tiny discount off our huge margin. A company to avoid if they behave like this. Good companies take the hit to keep their customers happy - that way they get more business. Bad companies don't care about cutomer goodwill - but they don't last long!
Just had e-mail saying that : Good morning, Due to high demand we have just sold out of the last of the Dualit 4 Slice Mint Green Toasters and unfortunately I have just been informed by the supplier that they are currently out of stock with them and that we are no longer able to stock them at the special offer price of £89.82. I have spoken to the Managers regarding this issue and they have allowed me to offer you a 10% discount off any other toaster in the Dualit range if you would like an alternative. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We were expecting a large order due to arrive on Friday however they have just informed us of this situation this morning.
Seems to be going into the basket at £133.95 now (even the mint green one) - game over?

The product itself is actually £6.00 cheaper than John Lewis, it's only the postage - like on most deals - that bumps the cost up. If you were buying something else from here, you've saved £6.00, and if not a quid. Either way, it's cheaper :)
decent price, but not quite a scorching deal cos John Lewis bang them out at ]only £1 more delivered.
