Wish I’d seen this! Bought it and now can’t get hold of them...absolute crooks. Steer clear of this company at all costs...how they have a £2m is beyond me! 😡
Terrible reviews on this website, best avoided https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.powerdirect.co.uk
I bought this exact TV from eBay/Crampton and Moore using one of the % off certain sellers promo - I paid £494 delivered. It's a lovely TV but the Freeview/Freesat us absolutely crap. Had to go back to using a Freesat box just to watch TV without any issues.
This just looks too good to be true especially when it says "special order" on their website!

Stay away from this company. If you research it you will see it’s a SCAM company. It doesn’t fulfil orders and there is no telephone service just emails that they never reply to. Lots of people have posted that they have not received their goods after payment. I’m still waiting for my TV, l saw this offer on here and bought it. Wish l had done my research first!
They are literally a scam company and you won't see either the product or a refund. Just contact your credit company now, why wait?
I've emailed them 3 times, with no reply. Their website sates they'll offer a refund after 14 days. I've given them 16 working days to repond now. Will be contacting my credit card company for a refund if I don't hear back this week.
Complete scam of a company, please refrain to post their deals here, I had to trigger section 75 to get refund
This TV is now showing as "In Stock - Limited Availability" rather than "Special Order". I ordered on Monday last week on the credit card just in case the reviews really do reflect the reseller. I think my order has just been dispatched as I've not got anything on order but just recieved a yodel tracking email. If it get's delievered, great!

Sony 85" 4k, HDMI 2.1, PS5 & XBOX Series X ready, Full array LED TV, X900H KD85XH9096BU - £2184 delivered using code @ PowerDirect£2,184 Free P&P Free
Apparently this isn't a true LED screen but a pimped up LCD...https://www.which.co.uk/reviews/televisions/sony-kd55xh9505bu Will avoid.
Sorely tempted by this but read the stand/feet are terrible for angles...anyone have experience they can share on this or other comments? Also, you might score 2.2% w Quidco meaning price would be £928.17
Hi can someone share a confirmation email with me on the price match with richer sounds. Richer sounds told me as the item is special order they can’t match the price but clearly some people on here have got a price match.
Motion in sport is one of this TV's strong points. The Samsung TV's have huge problems apparently - https://www.avforums.com/threads/samsung-2020-qled-series-tv-motion-judder-stutter-frame-rate-firmware-bug-glitch.2311975/

SONY KD49XH9505BU 49" 4K-HDR LED SMART Android TV - £792.85 With Code @ PowerDirect£792.85£8456% off
I’m after something for the same reasons, was originally thinking either Philips ambilight or a Samsung
For me having a display able to display 4k 120hz is a necessity. The fact Sony added Hdmi 2.1 to the XH90 and not this, the better TV is confusing
Overrated for now? What about in the future. 4k 120hz is a number spouted about but more importantly it means being able to display over 60fps. VRR etc are great features but are even better when not locked to 60fps or below.
Update from John Lewis: Thank you for your price match refund for Sony Bravia KD55XH9505 (2020) LED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart Android TV (product code: 82451005). I understand that the competitor is offering a discount code DISC20. I’m pleased to inform you that I’ve processed a refund for £49.95, to match the price of Power Direct. Please note, as you’ve made your payment by credit, this can take up to five working days to appear on your statement. Result! (y)
Current list of PS5/XBox X 120hz games https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-2020-08-01-all-confirmed-120fps-games-for-ps5-and-xbox-series-x 7 for the PS5 and half aren't premium titles. This HDMI 2.1 obsession is overrated for now as not many games currently support it You don't even need full HDMI 2.1 as some TVs support VRR, FreeSync or G Sync anyway, the important parts for gaming
