I'm in a similar boat and have several transactions stating this.....

'The retailer is taking longer than expected to process your transaction. We apologise for the delay.'

This bonus is OK if you were going to make a purchase anyway, but for most, not as good as the smaller ones TCB have been running.

I always live chat then if it's taking too long and the always add it to my account then! Over £300 cash back in the last 12 months

For a few months it worked for me.
Now for over a year live chat insists on waiting for a transaction that should have been paid in 2 months and now it's over 7 months now.
One of the transactions was for a bonus of £3 on a purchase of£3 or more..... For the purchase the 40p tracked and paid but not the bonus..... Which should have been automatic..... Response from live chat was to wait as they're contacting the merchant...
Wtf......
I have now completely stopped using them except for a few.... Definitely wouldn't be buying anything by factoring in their cash back...... Very unreliable.

LOL, I should have posted this in Miscellaneous, everyone has done nothing but grumble
Do we have to spend £50+VAT to qualify? not state at the T& C

(it would be much better if quidco/top cash states on all the shops pages about the VAT statues, I only know ebay cash back is counted 100% to my spend from my cash back history)

Nothing wrong with the deal.
Unfortunately number of users had been let down by quidco.....some may have good experience of quidco.....of late they gone down the hill with majority of users
Example ..... The Superdrug offer - 50% cashback or something on purchases back in February I think ... still not paid !

get the generic fob you right off .....

'The retailer is taking longer than expected to process your transaction. We apologise for the delay.

My Advice is .... STAY CLEAR unless you were buying something anyway , DO NOT factor in getting the cashback as many genuine customers are getting lured in to making purchases only to be refused their promised payments . This needs regulating now as enough is enough ! Lets see how long these cashback companies last when they cannot rip off their customers.

This generic fob off will be followed by another generic (level2) fob off 12 months later saying "We are sorry, the merchant is no longer part of the affiliate network, but rest assured, we at Quidco got our commission"
To be honest as I type this, had a chat with Quidco who confirmed that 4 of my transactions can be approved and they were happy to release the payment...
Wtf.....4 transactions at different times became payable and quidco is just sitting on the money

A total joke
