Other options currently up to 50% from my quick browse. Again not for everyone but I need to move my tech around and I need to give presentations and look smart. This was a good deal.
Expired !! What a shame. I need one
Having just recieved the bag, you might be able to get something that looks like it for £30, but nothing with with the same build quality near the price. If you only have £30 to spend go for a cheaper one but if you want quality this was a good price for what it's worth, I currently have managed to fit 3 laptops and 2 tablets safely inside
I get what you're saying but they are two different products, for different purposes. I brought this bag because I have lots of cables, tablets and other accessories and it's convenient and stylish, atleast once we are all back in the office. I have to move my laptop around alot and keep it with me at all times due to nature of the information, the bag offers more storage options for various bits, even if I make this my normal briefcase and put food and what not in it. However Peli products are a very good pick as you said and I own some of their products for use within the business, but personally I move my equipment around too much to use it on a daily basis :)
........premium travel solution for your tech............ You mean laptop bag
Same! I've now got the next few lines from Dumb and Dumber rattling round my head ...
These guys seem extremely passionate about suitcases
It's admitted there that we really have no idea how much of the difference between the recorded deaths and the total excess deaths is down to under-reporting and how much is down to other effects (like hospital bed shortages). Consider how urgent they stated it was to investigate further, I would have hoped there would be more concrete information by now, but I've not seen it. I think it might be a good year or so until we have a more accurate picture.
It might have been this (it was two or three months ago): https://www.bmj.com/content/369/bmj.m1931
It's also reduced deaths in areas like work injuries, road deaths, etc. In other areas, it will have increased deaths, yes. But I haven't seen any reliable research that demonstrates whether overall the effect is negative or positive. I'm not sure how that could be demonstrated at this point, but if you've got a link to that I would be very interested to read about it.

Samsonite Black Friday sales have begun! - upto 60% off
Log in or create an account to see their black Friday sale.
Thanks, they did indeed block my link but that is the correct one
The difference is that a hard shell Samsonite will last for many years. If it gets damaged parts are usually available for repair. My oldest Samsonite was bought in 1992 and is still perfectly servicable.
Even the 60% off prices are stupidly expensive prices. How much can it cost for 2 plastic shells, a long zip, a couple of handles and 4 wheels. £20 max, then a bit of automated labour and a cardboard box to ship it in.
some samsonite available here at 50% off, but i think the best deal is probably the Ted Baker! Sale here
None of the above links work, just google Samsonite Black Friday deals, the sign up site is there.

Hi, look what I’ve just found on Shpock - the boot sale app, I thought you might like it: https://en.shpock.com/i/W4Ezm5qMsVl0QiaP/?lft= Brand new
Thanks for the follow up. I should have been more specific above. They don't seem to have any of the cabin bags in the 50% off autumn sale. I did find this one after a bit of browsing. 35% off but still a pretty penny to pay @133.25 https://www.samsonite.co.uk/mixmesh-spinner-55cm--graphite-gunmetal/106745-7083.html?cgid=SAMS080. Cant fault the quality for sure but also can't justify replacing my perfectly good condition antler one that has served me well the last year or so. Good call on the size too. I think I could use those extra 5mm of width for more stuff. I am always right in the weight limit mind. Hmmm... :) :)
Well maybe instead of saying that actually suggest an alternative??
There is an option to search cabin luggage by airline, and they make small suitcases to maximise use of the different restrictions. Samsonite are the only manufacturer I could find who make a case which is 55x40x20cms; most are 55x35x20cms, and that extra 5cm can make all the difference. Ok it cost about £90 not £20 from Tesco, but I've already made that back by not needing checked luggage on short trips. It looks like Amazon have reduced their prices to match some of these, and there are some very good deals. I bought a 68cm Aeris Spinner back in July (not the best time to buy a suitcase evidently) for about £130 which was the best deal at the time and now it's £112.50. Yes, they are relatively expensive, but they are very durable and have worldwide support if anything breaks.

Got mine and ok for BA and easy jet for carry on. But not Ryan air !!
Useless size for airline carry on :( Pity, as price is hot.
I like the look of this. The only thing that puts me off is that it exceeds the cabin size luggage dimension restriction so may be a pain when travelling by air if I'm forced to check it in each time. Heat added though; it's a good deal.
