Also, I followed the link and Play bars are shown, so this clearly doesn’t work.

I’m aware, but this deal is for £35 off 3 items, but doesn’t work.
It’s a badly worded deal IMHO.

It does work, just not on the Playbar

Look for this

I know, as I said, badly worded deal.
At full price, £35 off of 3 bulbs is nowhere near as good a deal as can be found with starter kits or with a bit of patience for deals to pop up on individual bulbs

Well, my apologies

Sorry, I didn’t mean to sound snarky.

Good deal, maybe just a bit of clarity needed.
Haven’t they spelt Philips wrong on the promo code?

3 for price of 2 at Argos and on the hue website which works out better on some but still not a great deal imo
Prices are really high to start with, £85 for two bulbs you can buy a starter kit on amazon for £108 with a bridge and 3 colour bulbs. Two bulbs is only £70
Overpriced items only left in stock. Cold

Oh, and so eloquently put as well
I am curious to know why we (including me) go for colour or ambient when most of us leave it at default settings and mostly use it to automate on/off. I wish I had only spent on normal whites. Colours were used initially to show off guests. That stopped as well now.
