It depends which courier you use. You can choose to have it picked up from your home/work address or use a service that lets you take it to a locker or drop point. There's lots of different services available
I booked the ParcelForce collection for tomorrow using Amazon payments... Only, there was nowhere to add the voucher code and nothing popped up after I paid

Update: I messaged them and it took a while but I may be getting a £10 refund soon

just let you guys know, the same address isn't allowed to use the code.. shame
Just used this for UPS Express delivery with full extended insurance and delivery notification. Full cost £15.50, actual cost after voucher £5.50 for a 10kg weight item limit. Excellent deal and value for money. Thanks OP.

I dont know why this isnt scorching, it should be!

add code on preferences page
Such a good deal. Just booked for a Yodel 24 hour delivery. Free.
Amazing, don't know how they can afford to do it for free.
As soon as I add insurance it ends up much the same or cheaper to go directly to delivery company!
as stated above, the code is based upon email address and home address. The code will not work for previous customers and will only work once for an address too. The deal is for a £10 credit. If you click the link you will see that there are all types of courier options and brands available. You can have home to home collection. You can have drop off to home collection. You can have print your own label, you can have them bring your labels... essentially play with the options or so to use the most of your £10 credit i guess.

The option to input your code is a bit of a sneaky one. I also went completely through the payment process expecting a box to pop the code in, but this is too far.. i think its the second screen.. you have to check a tick box on a sentence to enter a promo code... dont go as far as putting in any details expecting the box to pop up because you have gone too far!

OK enough said. Bit of a sense of humour failure over this offer - manipulating codes seems perfectly alright subject for discussion on all other retailer's sites, but suddenly we seem to have reached a zone of massive seriousness all over a £2.99 Hermes dispatch. Perhaps bank holiday weather getting everybody down..
Just Becareful with parcels2go I used them and my parcel went missing which I lost the items I posted and had to refund the person who bought the items off me. Parcels2go didn't do nothing at all. But said they had been stolen in transit!!! And wasn't very helpful what so ever!!! Beware!!!
Heat excellent
The parcel I sent on the 15th,today is thye 25th, tracked and insured still hasn't turned up,thank you My Hermes.
Just make sure you pick a reliable firm.
Thank goodness I insured it.

I chose MyHermes for 48hr delivery and it took 4 working days. Parcel2go gave me a £5 credit though as a gesture of good will.. I can't fault their customer service. I've used InPost quite a few times (without this offer as they're the cheapest) and it generally only takes 3 days.
Thanks, I'll give this a try.

No. My 20 brothers and sisters living at my address are not happy.
I tried this to send a parcel today. I wanted the parcel to be collected from my work address for convenience. However because i work for a big company where the name Michelle is quite a popular name even though we all have different email addresses i am not eligable for the discount as i am not a new customer.

I am guessing that one of the other 7 Michelle's I work with are, so a heads up for anyone who wish to have there parcel collected from there place of work If your names popular chances are you will not qualify for the discount!!

Fuming much .......
Thanks op, just what I needed
babycake, could it be the address that prevents it, is the offer one per address? If not, try altering the spelling of your name.
I've just used it to send a 3.25kg parcel n i paid £1.80
This would of cost me £17 if i used royal mail or parcel force ~ Deffo worth it!! Good find!!
i have just done the booking with hermes it came to £12,59 with all my extras but no where to add a code, i spoke to someone on the chat page and they said they have sent a refund request for me, best of all when i printed my address lable for the parcel it says in a blue block sent your first parcel free, lets see if i get the refund
a morrell
i have just put this code in and got the discount unfortunatly this company charges double to post an item with them if it needs to be insured, my advice is use the courier service direct through there own website instead of using this code and company to get money off as it willl cost you a hell of alot more, the example is i priced up using parcel to go with a parcel am sending it is insured for £300 and signed for delivery to use parcel to go (who would be using collectplus as the courier) charges £22.81p . now if you send the same parcel with the same insurance cover completly the same details and go on collectplus website and do it direct it on costs £11.19p. so in total if your sending a parcel that need insurance with it deffinatly do not use this code and company as you will be paying more.

There is a page where you can input the code. It's a drop down box that asks you to enter a promotional code. After dealing with their customer services I'm pretty sure you will get the refund
Thanks OP, worked well for me...
Great stuff, worked for me heat added

Once you've entered your parcel details on the 1st page it will give you a quote with various couriers. Look at each one & it tells you if a printer is required. If you use Citylink or Parcel Force it looks like you don't need a printer
Thank you
Where do you enter the code?

Where do you enter the code?

After you have entered the parcel dimensions & agreed to the 'prohibited & resticted items list' click on next step & it takes you to the page that you enter the code, it says - Do you have a promotion code? If so then please click here to add it to your order
