About your purchase

Fibre unlimited works out to approx £23 per month. Is there anything better than this except for BT.

Contract with BT ends July end. Renewal offered at £28.99 for 76mbps fibre, weekend calls and starter TV pack. Moving from BT and getting Cash back only way to beat that price.

Do Sky traffic manage at peak times.
I did this deal last time (nearly a year ago) they never paid the cashback and messed me about a lot. Now left sky and would recommend you avoid this!! Also sky customer service is shocking
I recently done a sky offer through cashback and received payment earlier than expected from cashback, and sky sent me my reward card, so I'd recommend it. Just don't click any other links until you've completed your purchase and it should track
Sky customer service has gone noticeably down hill. They were pushing everyone to use their app so that you could 'answer in your own time' but I found it was very slow to get anything down. Took 5 days just to get to the point where they were going to actually listening to my complaint.

Then the app kept telling me to contact sky by phone. Contact by phone told me to go through the app. Or go through facebook, which would shut at certain times or tell me t go by phone or, and so on and so on.

I actually managed to contact someone on the phone recently but I had to phone during the a weekday.

I cannot get self heal to work when the internet goes down.. Their speed test doesn't show the speed you are getting! Upload speed has halved since I was first with them and use of multiple devices slows down the speed dramatically where as it used to barely dent it. Don't know if this is deliberate or lines are overloaded these days.

Moved from Origin hoping for a better customer experience, as they were always excellent in the past but appear to be slipping.
The £75 reward is pretty much taken up by the £60 setup..
