Got one off Amazon 2 month took 2 half weeks to come by yodal no tracking nothing ... but can say is a good size very sturdy and seems be good quality upto now

I used Songmics for 2-3 months ago and my desk came around 2 weeks. Tracking is very unreliable and a lot of reviews say that the tracking doesn't work. I was actually surprised it arrived! I purchased the normal shaped version (not the L shape) and it's a very good size and solidly made. Very easy to set up as well

Hermes is the worse courier hands down. Had my desk marked as delivered but nothing was ever attempted. Tried to ring Hermes and chat online but unable to get hold of a real customer service representative, only bots. Songmic have been very good and have issued a refund. I bought one from Amazon a few weeks back. It's a really nice stable desk. The desk top finish isn't too everyone's taste but I like it.

Ordered this from Amazon on Jan 30th , told Hermes were expecting it February 1st. Still hasn't turned up. Good luck getting one!

Update: Despite claiming my 2 orders were dispatched 7 days ago, they haven't been - customer services have been terrible and pretty arrogant (even today suggesting I put in the wrong tracking details!! - This coming from a company that told me both had been sent with Tuffnells, then days later, after multiple emails, stating one had been sent with Tuffnells and one with Yodel....and now stating one was sent with Tuffnells and one is waiting to be sent with Yodel!!!) - DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS - its simple!! And after lying to customers don't insult them!!!

Thank you for sharing. Ive been looking out for a TV stand for a while now. I opted for a different model from this website but still used the code.

My experience was really good, I ordered a desk on the 16th Dec which was dispatched from Germany the next day. I then received it on the 21st delivered by UPS, so great service for me.

I'm starting to wonder if people working for Songmics are posting on here, their customer service is shockingly bad, forget about tracking, and you'll get misinformation - check out their trustpilot reviews.

Their service is shockingly poor, I've just emailed them to cancel two orders (so much for "German efficiency"!!) - they send me an email 6 days ago stating my order was "on its way" with two tracking numbers for Tuffnells (apparently!), Tuffnells had no record of them, after emails going back and forth with customer services, I got another email this morning stating one was with Tuffnells and the other with Yodel (no apologies for their mistake!) - of course when I checked both, Tuffnells have no record (still) and Yodel state they haven't received it yet.....maybe they should change their "on its way" to "its on its way.....sometime....maybe....in the future.....your guess is as good as mine"!

Appeared today unexpectedly! Tracking for Tuffnells was still showing as not recognised. Delighted it has finally arrived.

Mine arrived today with Tuffnells. About a week. No extra charges or nothing! So have faith!

You can't trust them - see my comments - I've told them I want a refund - there customer services is shockingly poor (and bloody arrogant!!)
