All upgrades are on hold for now. Might be a deal in present market but if people stopped paying these stupid prices they would drop!! Still got my old 1070ti thats kicking out plenty of FPS at 2k. Until it goes pop ill keep my wallet in my pocket!
Surprised to see bulk buy discounting
Holy cow they'd been in stock for days and I just never got around to post ! seems like a popped it on here and woosh.
I know the current situation but it still feels crazy that I paid less than this for the half length 6GB version when they launched in 2016.

My son has this, replaced a Samsung Tab A and I've regretted it every day. It performs *slightly* better than the Tab A but the screen isn't half as good, the default DPI makes everything look like a kids tablet, it tries to default to landscape for almost everything, if you use the developer settings it resets them every single power off so you have to redo the DPI so you can read things. No newer Android for it but they do seem to still push EMUI updates out to it. The plus sides are a lot of storage for the money, the battery is fairly good for a tablet, sound is OK, as a media only tablet it's capable. I paid about the same for this too back in January with a 6 month warranty. Probably good for older people as the icons are so big (y)
This is the T5's higher version with 4GB/64GB. The processor is slightly faster in Samsung but only with 2GB RAM. The stereo speakers are better, with the T5. Samsung has side firing speakers, no stereo sound.
Let's face it, a lifetime guarantee is meaningless anyway. So 3 months, well, a token gesture I guess. I had one of these and, like every Huawei item I've had, the screen broke very easily. I have given up on Huawei, and not because of the politics, because of the screens. Just me I guess.

SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab A 10.1in Tablet (2019) - 32GB Black - Android 9.0 (Pie) £144.98 (Ex Demo) delivered at SVP£144.98£183.4021% off
These are ex-demo models and classed as A+ condition (with box). Big improvement over the 2016 version and £140 is a lot more appealing than the £189 RRP they're going for elsewh… Read more
ex demo probs mean the screen has been on for nearly a year and the battery is most likely not in a good shape. but idk i could be wrong
I bought one earlier this year volume is rubbish and it does not work with 5 out 6 wireless speakers I have and they were the good quality ones
??? My 8.0 has micro usb. Are they different?
Bear in mind a 2020 version is being released with a better processor/chipset and 3Gb. I bagged the 8.0 LTE for £71.50 the legend. Mr.Switch posted. Now I've had some experience with it while it's a great deal I wouldn't have paid much more knowing what I know now. It's distinctly underwhelming - often sluggish with an annoyingly glitchy screen (a common complaint elsewhere so I don't think it's my particular unit). I can't see the 10.1 being any better. I have a bunch of Old Nexus 7's 2nd gens I cannibalised from various faulty ones I bought cheap on eBay, Gumtree and Shpock over a while. When they're newly reset or running a custom ROM they're not all that much worse and in some ways better - allowing for the 7 year age difference - and far better VFM.
Its a good tablet for every day use. I was lucky and managed to pick it up new when it was posted a month or so ago for £135ish

(Ex Demo) LENOVO IdeaPad 330S 14" IPS Laptop - Intel i5-8250U, 4GB RAM, 256GB SSD £290.90 @ SVP£290.90£329.9512% off
Decent laptop for the money if you upgrade the RAM.
Ours arrived today. In original box though the box was not mint, it's pretty good though. Laptop has no marks and looks pristine. No manuals just charging cable. Booted the laptop and it had a 16gb e drive, they've not installed the optane drivers. Downloaded them from Intel and it's much snappier now. Overall, excellent value.
I'm tempted by this as it seems a decent mod range gaming laptop. The comment above me is right though. There's no way it was in a cabinet. I wonder if it's worth just dropping an extra 200 and getting it new.
When was the last time you saw a laptop on display, in a cabinet???
Ok thanks, just waiting for the 500gb to come back in stock direct from Samsung for £89 then I'll order
I have Samsung 970 evo NVMe on my acer nitro 5, excellent performance.

Does you guys know any other website/retailers that sells ex display units? Thanks in advance
For people who are on the edge or apprehensive. Snapped this up at £485 delivered, put 16GB of ram in it and I can tell you it is quite the performer. The i5 8300 performs similar to the 7th Gen i7 and the 1050 is 4GB of memory as opposed to 2GB so it will hold better in games. Well worth the £500 mark! Oh - and replace the hard drive with a SSD, superb boot up times and faster loading screens if you get the chance. It comes with a 16GB Optane that will improve performance but the SSD really helps :)
I received an email this morning saying now it's back in stock. @cheesebuster1 you can activate the deal again
It arrived yesterday. Not a mark on it. Took out the h/d and chucked a sdd In had hanging around. Installed windows and I am now very happy with it. It came with original box.

Looks like a good deal to me considering the price adn spec
Very similar I would say. Except the PS4 Pro pushes all games to run in active 4K which means sometimes textures suffer on behalf of resolution. On a laptop you get to choose whether you want better details in lower resolution or lower details in 4K. If you just play on its built in screen you don't need 4K anyway, only if you were going to use a TV to connect to it.
How would this laptop compare to a PS4 Pro for running the latest games? Thanks
I have to second that as well. I installed a Samsung 960 EVO 250GB for £30 off eBay and used Macrium Reflect, all I can say is wow what a difference. When I first got it I was ready to return it, arrived and they hadnt wiped it, took 5 minutes to start up. Wiped and flashed it and so laggy and slow. But now I have installed an SSD and booting from that its 10 seconds and I'm starting up games and programs! Its an awesome laptop at an incredible price!
