Same as fuhu7888. Placed a decent order. Been over a week now. Rang to check a few times but no one ever picked up. Probably lost my money! Glad they've gone out of business - too bloody expensive and greedy in the first place!!

Poor show, placed an order last week, still hasnt arrived. logged into account, hadnt even been processed yet. Bloke on the phone couldn't tell me why, said they'd have to check stock levels but he couldn't do it, the warehouse team does that. i said just cancel the order and refund me. he couldn't do this either. said he'd pass it on to the team that does refunds. fingers crossed! that'll teach me to order from a company that's giong out of biz! strongly recommend HUKDers don't order from them also to avoid disappointmetn.

I don't think so, customers who need ties do buy them online but most just go to other stores because they are cheaper or the same price but better quality i.e. Slaters, TM Lweins, M&S..... plus they also have a bigger selection Tie-rack is overpriced, this 50% code makes them possibly worth a punt as it is a decent price for their ties
