Nike Air Max 200 Trainers - Gold / Black - sizes 8, 9, 10 and 11 - £57.49 With Code @ Triads£57.49
Great deal thanks op just brought the classic oro colour. Will go cold in here as they aren’t 50p from shoe zone.
I have a pair of William Lenon handmade custom boots that were made in the UK by skilled craftspeople to my own specification that cost less than this. No idea why you would buy these.
Haha best comment ever, whatever...
Agreed. These will outlast your Clarks, Grenson etc. Simple.
I have a pair of Red Wings (not this style) and they're great. Had mine for over two years and they are still going strong. I paid £200 for mine and would happily buy another, yes they're expensive but you are buying something that will last for years.

Lacoste Zip Harrington - half price - £119.50 at Triads£119.50
LACOSTE Zip Harrington Jacket - Macaroon NOW £119.50 (FREE UK DELIVERY) WAS £239.00|SAVE £119.50 (50%)
What exactly is designer about that jacket? It's like something out of an 80s Dempsey & Makepeace episode. Are you on the payroll Swank?
The post wasn't about whether people want to spend money on a designer item & whether designer items are good value was it though? This is 50% discounted so imo it was a good price, hence the post. *gets coat (again).
Yes sorry for my earlier comment, I do like to stir the pot a little bit and provoke debate! I agree with you, there are certain places i go for certain items. i get my unknown brand gym gear from sports direct and the t-shirts are fantastic. There are also some branded clothes which are very bad quality and you are essentially paying for the label which is very annoying. A 911 turbo is a bit flash and very expensive leasing it like that! But as a salesman it kind of goes with the territory. I'm a reluctant 4X4 Jeep owner but hope to persuade my wife to go electric in the future. Anyway happy hunting. I applaud any like minded individual who stands by the principle of savvy shopping, simultaneously keeping the economy ticking over without adding to the credit bubble!
I'd agree with that. Like you I like nice things, many of which are never discounted (bespoke suits and shirts, and perhaps Porsche cars for example) - but I don't think those things would interest many HUKD subscribers (more M&S than Jermyn Street - but there is nothing wrong with that). When it comes to common user things like casual clothes, consumer electronics, food shopping and daily driver cars I can't see the point of paying any more just for a label. Like many chaps I'm happy to buy my boxer shorts from Primark (4 pairs for £4.50) - and the quality is pretty well the same as the ones Next sell at £22 (without the Next badge of course). My daily driver car is a diesel Skoda Superb estate (the most practical car going) - and I really don't worry about the Skoda badge stigma (although some of my friends do) - I bought it new for cash (saving £6,000 on the manufacturer's price) and will probably run it for 10 years. Re my Porsche: it is a Boxster (981 model) - an indulgence my son and I allow ourselves for his school run. Your brother must be doing well to have a 911 Turbo (a nice car, but a little rich for my tastes). I'm pleased we see (more or less) eye to eye now. Best wishes.
