That's what all Uber Eats promotion emails say, but isn't always the case.
Says I’m not eligible when trying to redeem
Not eligible for me either
IamMT11/03/2020 11:33

See above.

Uber Eats codes are always account specific but aren't just limited to one account. I've been eligible for other codes that have said "Exclusive to you" for other people, albeit not a lot.
I'm not eligible for it

Cannot be used along with the 50% off discount?

One promotion per order. You can use a promotion code in conjunction with share a courier free delivery though
Nope
I use two accounts and these account specific codes USUALLY work on the one i didnt order from previosuly, so have a couple accounts set up and try the code on all.
All the restaurant prices are over inflated so they still make money for free delivery.

Not every restaurant inflates the prices and if they do, it's because of Uber Eats fees
Not working for me either
Works for me, and I sometimes order once a week or mostly every 2 weeks.

Glad it's working for you I usually just order when there's offers on. Friday night takeaway sometimes though - share a courier free delivery only, no way am I paying $3.50 delivery unless I get any discount to make the overall price cheaper

thats exactly how i have done it, tried on main and didnt work, then tried on secondary and code works a treat
Having just suffered the appalling Uber eats customer service, I'd be wary of using again.
1st order went fine. Little cold but hey.
2nd order is missing daughters happy meal, luckily ordered something extra as had a discount code, filled in the form and refund processed for happy meal value.
Orders KFC last night. Boneless feast.
Only received the chicken and sides.
Popcorn chicken and all our chips were missing.
Reported to Uber eats, and basically get accused of fraud and not willing to do anything about it and threaten to close your account.
Have a look on their Facebook page and loads of others in the same boat.
Currently got a complaint lodged via PayPal to try get a partial refund for the missing food.

Uber will ban you if you do a chargeback / get a refund without them processing it themselves.

Yeah to be honest kinda of expecting it.
Pretty much threatened already when I said their customer service was terrible, even uploading a picture of the food we received.

Not saying I don't believe you - I do, as Uber customer service is terrible and that's a fact, but could you please show a screenshot of the email threatening to close your account? I'm interested in how they said it

The only problem I've found with Uber Eats is when orders are missing items they do absolutely nothing about it. Considering you're already paying more than the usual price it is an awful way to treat customers.
andrewworrall115/03/2020 20:40

Wow! That's rude of them.

Yeah. I do get it from their point of view. 3 orders and 2 of them missing food. But to not actually investigate and basically accused of you fraud is pretty crappy.
Even read on Facebook even when provided with evidence from the restaurant themselves they still refuse to do anything about it.
