Upto 25% off on a £20 spend. I appreciate this isn't the best deal ever on foodhub, as there's been some cracking deals to be fair. But this is a saving nonetheless.

Yes I do get the impression that Foodhub wouldn't be the easiest to resolve an issue if you end up having one. But, that said, I've never had one. But I have saved loads of money through them, and gotten fat as a result.

avoid Food hub. Their site crashed mid order, nothing in order history, no food confirmations so I ordered again.... 2 lots of food turned up. Not giving refund. Absolute joke.

Never had any issues with them. Uber eats however, payment issues galore.
As above there is a huge risk when using foodhub. I've had three cancelled orders and was not able to use the discount codes again. The customer support isn't great. But if you have used foodhub with a particular restaurant and it was a pleasant experience then continue using the same one.

As of yesterday you can only get a maximum of a £5 discount per order

Don't use this scam company until they pay their restaurants!! I've had all my orders cancelled from restaurants as they haven't been paid for months by Food Hub and are being constantly lied to. Restaurants on Foodhub have made clear they will not even accept any orders from me on Foodhub where any Foodhub discounts are used as they know they won't be paid by Foodhub. Funnily enough when ordering on Foodhub, it gets accepted and shows as accepted by the restaurants and the money gets taken. I have to get the restaurants to refund me every time as there is no way to even speak to Foodhub. Their Customer services is nonexistent. They should be out of business. How they are running these promos and their business is fraud. Totally out of order. My favourite restaurant is now no longer taking orders from me as Foodhub haven't paid them for my last 6 orders??? I always place massive orders with them.

Yeh - I used them for months too thinking it was amazing (I saved hundreds) until the restaurant owners contacted me, had long chats with me explaining what is really going on and then made clear I couldn't order again lol. I've effectively been banned from ordering. When you order on Foodhub, the discount is meant to be paid for by Foodhub. They have not been paying them for months and now believe they won't be paid at all. They are owed a fortune for my orders alone. This is outrageous - they shouldn't be offering any discounts and shouldn't be in business.
Used Foodhub a long time now, no issues, just had a lovely burger. Used the £5 off£10 a few times with no hassle.
Delivery driver was not only friendly but didn't mind I had no cash for a tip and used a £3 off email code.
He said his place Doh! Pizzaria in York
(yup everything's Simpsons based) has 11 days off for Christmas and hoped I enjoyed my food.

You don't understand the problem. You are screwing over the restaurant. If they are sending out food, they will not be paid what they are owed for your order. Any businesses sending out food are taking this hit themselves thinking they will eventually be paid by Foodhub. When owners realise the sheer amount they are owed and Foodhub lie and don't pay, they reach a point when they can't afford the debt / risk and then they start cancelling / blocking orders. All the good restaurants on Foodhub near me aren't accepting orders with any Foodhub promo codes - this is despite the fact they're on Foodhub and you can order from them with these codes.

Master_Yoda, your'e onto something, i had an order cancelled, was curious as the place was still open & it's a cheapo not mega busy place, so they can't afford to turn orders down. Unless for some reason it's not cost effective to do so, hmmm it's looking like another fly by night job and gool ol just eat will have an uber style monopoly and hammer the takeaways some more & the consumer (mugs) will end up paying it, win win for the big boys

Well I've been using Foodhub for months with 2 of my favourite restaurants and the discount codes. Both Indian takeaways are very popular because they're the best in our local area. So until an order gets cancelled I'll continue to use them. Just because you've had bad experiences doesnt mean everyone will. And how do you know what you've been told is the truth? Seems like you've got an hidden agenda.

Foodhub shouldn't allow these restaurants to cancel people's orders. We are meant to be ordering from Foodhub not directly from these restaurants. This is BS. What is the point on being on Foodhub, having a Foodhub discount code and then being told by the owners of these restaurants that my order will be cancelled if I use the code?? It took me 5 days last time to get my refund and the restaurant told me I had to speak to Foodhub to get the refund. I couldn't even get through to anyone in Foodhub customer services as it's non-existent. This is totally unfair on customers. Customers are doing nothing wrong and are being put in the firing line. It's so unprofessional and fraudulent it's unreal. It's hilarious that the restaurant owners are getting angry with me for ordering their food!? You'd think they'd be happy! What if it only certain takeaways have this monetary problem.

That does look about right. I genuinely think the customer service is pretty poor, but I can only go on what I've experienced, which is no hassle when ordering through them, and all my favourite take aways are 'on the button'. So I've never really needed the customer service.

I'm sure they do it on purpose to reduce call center costs due to all the people giving up after wasting their whole evening trying to get the food they paid for.

Then they let companies wipe their bad reviews so the many non delivery problems are not made public.. so new blood can get ripped off and FH still get their cut. Great business model.

I feel like they are just going to keep giving discounts until they affect just eats business enough that they buy them out for millions like hungry house
I use it loads and never had a problem unlike Uber eats who are a nightmare
