Not working here. Maybe it is only valid if you have a Very credit account?
Does anyone if I could stack these codes along with the £30 off new cust deal?
which is then taken from the money u owe them? so £50 becomes £40 and then u pay off the rest then or within their time frame?
Works, however credits £10 to your very account
Not valid for me :(
Thank you very much!!
Yes I did that for the Samsung galaxy watch. Still have to go through credit check etc and set up the credit account to use the code, but it's up to you when to pay it off
Can i use this then pay off the credit right away?
N9MDV hopefully still valid (y)
Ok ,, thank you ,., The original poster got lucky with her pram .,.
Code's not valid for baby stuff
Can someone please check this item to see if the code works ,,https://www.very.co.uk/uppababy-uppababy-vista-pushchair-carrycot-amp-seat-unit/1600281219.prd?amendCommerceItemId=ci219391001320
If you were quick enough it was working on all categories....lasted about 20 minutes :(
Yes you need to have registered to see the promo box
I know! Plus I didn't trust them receiving the item back and actually taking the credit off so it played a part.
It worked in their favour. I would say clever customer service (lol)
They are useless for some things. I cancelled a PS4 and noticed it was still live, I was re-assured by a second person it was not dispatched and defo cancelled... it turned up still! As it stands I changed my mind and kept the PS4. Their offers are good and the credit system/BNPL plans work well.
Also note this interesting code which entitles a new account holder to 10% off electrical/gaming and 20% off all other departments (y)
Very strange that is as that was a web page that I viewed today...happy days though! Edit: Code is different too!
Think you need to get out more my friend! Loads of commenting throughout your profile on peoples posting but only one post yourself???? 💦💦
Can’t even get the product name right! its Apple Watch cold cos of idiocy
Great deal, awful awful company
Great deal heat
Math. Simple. "Up to" 10% off would be more accurate
Exactly, or if you spend £800, and you get £40 off, its only 5%
If I spend £350 do I get 10% off?
...how it isn't, please enlighten us :o
is odd though pretty sure people have used it and some people get the £50 or £20 credit in theri account straight away others have to wait a day and then use it. maybe u need to ring them up and see what happened as that doesnt sound right.
I thought it was £50 off myself but it's not really is it? I still have to pay off the full balance, they just extended my credit limit. I think they do this on purpose and hope nobody calls them up on it.
should of been able to use it to pay off the amount so in essence £50 off?
I got one of these codes last month. £50 back when you spend £100. I assumed i would get £50 off my credit balance but they just added £50 to my credit limit. You don't actually get anything back. Scam
i messaged them and they say they want a screenshot of the email should i send them a screenshot of the page to link sends me to ?
I honestly dont know why Very gets slated so much. My first order they completely cocked up but I was rewarded handsomely for their errors, I ended up paying £80 for a PS4 when they came out. Was well worth the hassle. Since then Ive only ordered stuff when its been on a good offer but never had a problem since. Just returned an electrical item I bought it January as it developed a fault and not a problem returning it and getting my money back. Sadly this code doesnt work which is a shame as I need to order something! Theyll soon have another one that will tho :-)
Cool, if it's the law then everyone would just return their opened products back to very and they would get a 10 out of 10 trust pilot rating :)
Under the Consumer Rights act a retailer has a duty to repair or replace faulty goods. ... If you have bought a faultyitem, or an item that has developed a fault, you have theright under the Consumer Rights Act to ask for refund.
If you are not confused then you are stupid as i have told you untold times but you are still not listening i'm only trying to educate you in the law , it's nothing to do with terms and conditions if something is wrong with a item its the retailer that has to sort it not the manufacturer.
You’re awesome!! Put it this way- my daughter wants a doll for Christmas. It’s about £50 everywhere, but very have it on sale for £40. I’ve added a doll accessory pack onto it for £20 and applied the code.. comes down to £30! So I’ve got the doll she wants and clothes, saving £10 on what I’d pay for the doll alone in another shop!! Plus you can take 3 0% payments or just pay it all off at once! Hotttttt!!
I'm getting an invalid code message. I've signed up now what a shame!
Hi. I think from memory I logged into my very account and after a few hours it showed the £30 and my payment that I’d made with a zero balance
Hi, i paid mine off straight away, the money came out of my revolut account but iv had no conformation email or nothing, the balance is still full. did yours take a few days to say zero, cheers.
I paid straight away with PayPal option at the checkout
It was emailed to me. I think the code its self isnt unique it just depends if you account qualifies for it
Where did you find the code? :) thanks
Oh ok. Its not my first order but I didnt think it was account specific. Will close thread. Thanks :)
I think its only avail as 30 credit back on your first credit order
It says in the picture "the code can be used once" and you've already used it so no wonder it's not working
Your account has to be eligible for buy now pay later for this code to work as I have just found out
I just tried to use this as an existing customer and it wouldn’t work but terms and conditions don’t stipulate this . Called the Very hotline and got an extremely rude advisor who first said it’s not a valid code but then said 9months BNPL unavailable on my account only 6 or 12 but she wasn’t wasn’t interested in helping me ??? Good luck anyone else using it I’d be keen I’d be keen to know if it works for you .
Is this for new customers or are existing customers included?
No problem thanks
Hi @Mark_Hickman moved to vouchers as it's a code.
Yeah. Looking on that link, it looks like the iPhone X isn’t in the offer. iPhone X 256GB - £1049 iPhone X 64GB - £899
Same. I see this https://www.very.co.uk/electrical-credit-offers.page It says off all phone but doesn't show iPhone X...sister wants one.
I remember a couple days ago there was one on for Apple. Don’t really keep my eyes out for Samsung products but know they go on sale some times.
Does this count to Phones because it says applied but not sure.
Except that's cold somehow (lol)
Thank you to the original poster I've just got mine too, I'm gonna have very happy kids at Xmas, wiv there extra pressies x
Just got my £50 credit (y) 🏽
Yes they are forcing you credit it cheaper if you take out credit so ppl will have no opinion other than to take credit out to save money this is forced credit
They're not forcing credit on anyone. You can buy the thing, and pay it off straight away. I've done it plenty of times. The company obviously want repeat business etc so it's a way for them to get that by giving interest free credit as people like to spread the cost of things. There's nothing stopping people from paying cash as soon as it goes onto their account
Why force credit on someone ? Let them pay cash and get the same price now that would be a deal.
Anyone know if this promotion will work for 2 items totalling over the 300 minimum spend, or does it have to be on a single purchase?
Does the £50 credit get deducted from what you have spent, or is it £50 to spend on something else? I want an iPad, which is £319, so can I just pay £269 onto my account, wait for the credit to appear, then close the account?
Is there any interest if you pay within 9 months?
Ahhh kool. Congrats. I didn't vote cold BTW.
Yep paid outright 8)
It is cold because it is Very. I hope you paid outright and not with credit, in which case, well done.
Was delivered today. Discount still applied... no idea how this is so cold!
Same happened to me - I stay well clear from Very now
When it comes to something like this. I always go on live chat, get them to confirm it then have the transcript e-mailed to me and also take a screenshot. Luckily i never needed amy of them :)
dam should have rang. was doing it online
Just ring back and get someone different.
they asked me for a screenshot of the email which i dont have so how do i get to use the code...
I’ve just used this code. Got red dead and some pyjamas for my son for £39. Still live...
I haven't looked to see, but if the 13" is in the offer it might be worth looking at that unless you really need the extra screen real estate
https://www.very.co.uk/apple-macbook-pro-with-retina-display-15-inch-intelreg-coretrade-i7-16gb-ram-256gb-storage-silver/1461197441.prd https://www.apple.com/uk/macbook-pro/specs-2015/ Thoughts on this Model? Is this the last model that utilises the all the Ports & Magsafe? With an additional £150 It seems like a good deal based on the equivalent spec being £2349!
I had the same experience at Christmas. Luckily I kicked of straight away and had them give me a "promise that they'll honour". Even then, I had to chase them up for about 4 months to make sure I got the 20% and it doesn't help that their phone line is terrible. Stat away from very.
Just ordered a MacBook Air with cashback £700. Not to bad.
Haven’t they? Just looked at the site, clicked on the 13” 2018 and the code appears
Littlewood also doing the similar offer with 20% back Littlewoods - Buy any TV £349 or more and select Buy Now Pay Later in checkout. We’ll automatically credit 20% of the item price back to your account by 6th September 2018. https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/littlewoods-buy-any-tv-349-or-more-and-select-buy-now-pay-later-in-checkout-well-automatically-credit-20-of-the-item-price-back-to-your-account-by-6th-september-2018-2991321#comment-34433433
You have to order it on bnpl not take 3 but take can pay the tv off within 12months and avoid intrest. Once the credit is applied to your account you can ask them to transfer it over to a bnpl order.
Does it count if you do it on Take-3 as an existing customer? Could I could just wait a month and then pay it to get the 10% off no? :/
Before the World cup it was 20%...
You forgot to add the most important bit to title >>>on bnpl<<<
Can't fail very for deals in high end items like I phones ect Hot
Can't knock very long as you pay it off within 12 mths interest free I had a 20 pcent discount code they send me on every few mths I got s9÷ for 699 plus 100 pounds back so 599 when I get that back can't beat that anywhere
Molana trying to pull on a deals website... (lol) (lol) (lol) (lol)
That's the spirit. Also never had any issue with whole company (both LW and Very). I remember once around Uncharted 4 premiere they put wrong price on PS4 Limited Edition Uncharted. It was something around 270 with additional v2 controller. Had a great time with it and this year I sold it for 220 (some PPL love limited ed). I would take GoW pspro edition from very but sadly only GAME had those in stock in UK so I had to go with them. Another time - 7.11.17 - xbox one x premiere. Some people had problems with their Project Scorpio deliveries with Amazon when I went with Very and got mine 9am at premiere day and I have to add that I'm not from mainland. We in Belfast always got our stuff late.
Hi, thanks for the question, and I'll answer by saying,....... Both!
Great thankyou (y)
you dont understand the offer? you get £10, £20 or £30 back. it goes to your very account and not your bank account.
Are you trying to scam Very? Good luck with that! You are 10 years too late.
Nope. It essentially works as a discount to your order.
can you withdraw the very credit to bank account?
£30 off the new sonos beam 8)
Good luck with Very. I have a squeaky clean credit report and high credit score with all three of the major CRA's, but they still reject me and are unable to provide any reason for it.
very sucks stay away horrible customer service.
already posted https://www.hotukdeals.com/vouchers/up-to-50-back-on-your-account-very-2941077
Awesome find (y)
brilliant thank you (lol)
Thankyou for posting (y)
Thanks @Walesraider moved to Vouchers as it is purely a voucher code listing
Said someone who posted 5 deals in 3 years Aids of the community More than 5 deals but not much different than 5
Sr guys Was googling and this came up Didnt try it myself as c&c wasn't available I'll make sure it works next time
Same with me.. (poo)
Saying minimum spend £250 when I add this :(
Excellent, worked for me on some Ryobi stuff
Good morning @Mrswitch - I have moved to vouchers because the thread does not include examples :) thanks for sharing, heat added
need to spend £150 ! https://www.very.co.uk/home-garden/e/b/12981/promo/view-all-home-and-furniture.end
Call customer service
How do i use these vouchers as it tells me they are invalid?????
Not everyone wants a credit account
Surely this should have a bit more heat?
8) Existing customer and surprisingly this did work for me 8) Thanks
Make a note of the code shown to claim your offer when you order subject to the conditions below: Get £20 back when you spend £50 using code LXJK9. This code is available for you to use once by 8th July 2018. Excluded from the offer: iPhones, items marked 'Sale', Financial Services products and delivery/installation charges. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer code or promotional offer. Please note we will charge the full value of the order then credit the benefit to your method of payment. If you return items from the order the credit will be reversed if the order value falls below the minimum required. Returned goods, Financial Services products and delivery/installation charges will not count towards the value of the order.
This was on voucher codes, but it isn't there anymore, maybe its expired.
Doesn't work for me and new customer non credit
It’s evident that you don’t, directing people to apply for credit for a one off retail purchase to obtain a paltry discount, to then close the account again, is bad advice. In fact, it’s not even advice, it’s I’ll thought out. There are people on here who might act on that in good faith, without being fully aware of the consequences, behaviours like this can have ramifications further down the line when the person really NEEDS credit eg with mortgage applications.
Im fine with that, just don’t ever work in financial services.
That’s one the single worst pieces of ‘advice’ I’ve ever come across on here.
Hmmm. They are listed again now as out of stock.
I did live chat them about it. They just said they "might" be out of stock. I can guarantee they are back online the minute the discount ends!
Anyone know if John Lewis will price match a voucher code price like this?
Isn't it though, I'm surprised it's not been posted before (lol) (lol) (lol)
Is this the 4th time this has been posted?
Was posted 2 days ago
Is there a fee/penalty to repay the full balance early after one month of taking the credit to get the 20% off???
Don't shop with these clowns. The worst company I've ever dealt with!!
Code live now excludes S9 though
Then that needs to be in the OP
it will only work if very send it you through text or email its specific
yeah for a very long time There was one ended on 29th April which I missed Noone here mentioned about that code :(
Thanks. New microwave ordered (party)
For gods sake don’t order Bravo Team with aim controller. They send out JUST THE GAME!!
Thought they had 20% clothes& 10% off electrical items for new customers
As lots off folk want and think can afford what ever they get monthly it's a slippery slope been there when was younger
Not specifically for new customers. I received a letter with this offer as an existing customer - not eligible for Apple products.
lol you completely misunderstood. you can pay for it in full. and you save. who is talking about dept?
Code worked for me. Got myself a Kindle Oasis. The discount was £20 not £30. Can't complain though, still £20 off.
Yep a trade mark of very they do this alot increase prices and give a code
Such a shame they have just increased the PS4 Pro bundle with Monster Hunter Worlds from £319 back up to £349, with the 10% we would have been looking at a great price of £288 ;(
Where on the checkout do you add the promo code?! I’ve used these before on husbands account and fine, I just opened my own and can’t see a code box on checkout?????
was just mid conversation online help to very about getting 20£ off a spend (which they were refusing to do) when i saw this and now i have 25£ off instead, excellent!!
Working! Thank u! :)
thanks, worked for me.
Wish I didn’t already have a credit account with these !
Is that true
would be all over this if it included a good warranty! Heat added anyway
Click the link and it takes you straight to the 121 TVs that are applicable.
Anyone know what TVs this is valid on?
Sound great thanks op used them at christmas and got very good service Heat Added (y)
Code doesn't work for me either :(
Tried getting this but isn't working for me :( can't find anything about the code anywhere either... Gutted lol
Will it cover furniture which has an extortionate delivery price, doubt it but £10 to avoid the hassle of click and collect for smaller items is worth it. PS.May be wrong. Seems to cover large items. Mostly good reviews but for some it didnt work at all and surprise surprise the Very staff didnt know what it was when they rang. Dont you love and hate this store. Mostly hate I guess.
Yes and if it’s close enough u can pick it up at a time that suits. Also returns at C&C so I tend to order and then take returns back when I pick up the new order.
Either cold or hot as all the items so far that I have ordered I have used c+c to my local newsagents so may be good for some
