Good company, but yeah not really essential for weight loss. Start by just eating less (and better) and moving more

Well it's not just marketing...

It would help the average person be in a Calorie deficit, but dog product...

This is good for a week or 2 it will rid a lot of fat off the body and give you a kick start but meal replacements are not long term
Calories in calories out. Marketing things like this does nothing but put us further from educating the public on actual health and fitness. Saddening.

I agree with the above. It's all about the calories in v calories out. I've ben doing this fo the past 9 months and it's been an eye openerfor me consider how bad of a shape I got myself into.

Wouldrecommend having your Macros worked out for the likes of Protein, Carb and Fat intakes. Also, make sure you got your daily Fibre

No it won't, don't make stuff up.

I don't think you really know what your on about, if you were in a Calorie deficit eating just haribo then you'd still loose body fat.

Still a meh product but still

Did WHAT for a week? What if I drank too much of this, went over my calories and gained weight? The premise is calories in calories out, supplements can help you along with this sort of thing in certain ways, but stating that they're a good "diet" idea is false. Enjoy eating proper food and eat less calories, it isn't hard.

Bloody hell there all out today! Follow the plan set out by the suplier and use it for a week to kick start a proper diet (proper food and less calories) this will help in the short term for anyone who struggles to maintain a decent diet. It is not sustainable long term,

Advising diets for the "short term" puts you in the realm of idiocy; furthered by the fact that your English is about as impressive as your knowledge on health. If you're going to give out poor information to people, don't give it out at all.

Truth
Ok. I take these for 2 weeks now. I drink shake sometimes for lunch and always for dinner. Many months I have been bloated horribly, pain; and I've put a little bit of weight. Since drinking shakes, I am not bloated anymore, and slowly started loosing fat on my belly. I know I know, it's been only 2 weeks. But I feel better, and I see difference what does to my body.

Does anyone know how long this will last you based on recommended intake!?
Stay away if you are a man > Protein Blend [SOYA Protein, Whey Protein Concentrate (Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin) (MILK), MILK Protein Concentrate]

SOYA = Estrogen

Eat healthy (prepare your own food, skip sugar) , walk -essential 10000 steps each day, train if you can - get resistance bands thats all you need.

Page says 60g per serving. 2-3 shakes recommended a day.
210g bags, so one bag will last you 3.5 servings. Therefore 3-5 days (For all 3 bags). Quite pathetic really.

Always is, always will be. You can still enjoy your food and lose weight, you can download Greg Doucettes cookbook in PDF form online if you simply search for it and click the first Reddit link, although it's meant to cost $99... plenty of recipes to give you an idea of how to improve volume of food for lower calories.
(I don't condone piracy, simply stating how )
