i tend to think white is a girly colour, probably a little bit better than pink! my husband has the 25 so i have been keeping an eye out on this watch as an upgrade. it is a very cheap looking watch and the face is quite big so it looks very masculine. because most white phones are bought by women and black phones are bought by men! my husband has this watch and it looks very masculine to me. he wouldn't wear it otherwise!
What makes you think that a) white is a woman's colour and b) that this is man's watch?!
I'd say it would do both men and women and the colour looks good on both as I've a 645 music with a white strap which (I think) looks really smart for a man.
not sure a white strap is good for this watch as that is a woman's colour and this watch is a man's watch?!
Depends on the pressure you want. Maybe 5 or 6, should land you in 90-100psi area. Maybe 7/8 for 110psi. There's very little benefit going past 110psi on a 25c, unless you're really heavy. The sidewalls at 110psi are rock hard, you hear about people having actual "blow outs" where the tyre rips and the inner tube explodes out the tear in the tyre, so I try to work with the lowest "very hard" pressure. I'm 86 kg or 13.5 stone and I find 80psi for 32c 90psi for 28c 100psi for 25c are great, maybe 5psi too high, as at those pressures the tyres are pretty hard.
How many ups & downs to pump a 700 x 25c tyre? (Seriously)
Really good quality and reliable track pump. I've had this one for a few years now.
Thanks mate, I want a decent pump with a gauge to inflate to correct pressure.
Just ordered a pair of large. Hopefully will be a good job (y) 🏻
Probably not, look for a fleece lined pair if you need warm, decathlon do a winter mtb trouser which are meant to be good https://www.decathlon.co.uk/p/st500-winter-mtb-trousers-black/_/R-p-305555?mc=8530118&utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=SurfacesForGoogle&utm_content=8530118-2669250&&iv_=__iv_p_1_g_66678446527_c_316333289255_w_aud-565280566982:pla-304956812153_n_g_d_m_v__l__t__r_x_pla_y_15177021_f_online_o_8530118-2669250_z_GB_i_en_j_304956812153_s__e__h_9046682_ii__vi__&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI_b-66r6d9AIV3oBQBh3POgCbEAQYAiABEgK9afD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
If you’ve got very long legs I’d go for the Endurance M500. I’m a 6ft 1 and a 32/33 leg and they were more like at 35. I went with the TLD Resist in the end.
Are they warm? I bought some of the DHB winter tights and I froze in them. They now taunt me from the bottom of my wardrobe at my folly in buying them.
What's the length like? I'm a tall boy.

Ordered. Thanks op. FYI I purchased from Chain Reaction as you get £10 off if you are a British cycling member. You also get 2.2% TCB.
I've been watching the prices for the last couple of months and they are coming down definitely. You can get flux s (well known and reviewed) for £450, if you got blue light card, Quidco and such it can come to under £400. Might do a post on in later to check the hotness
I'm very sure it will work with any virtual cycling app
Ohh been looking for one of these, but couldn't justify the price, this is tempting. Anybody know if this will work with Rouvy?
Yeah, I think this is prob a great option given price is still high but actually finding reviews is pretty tricky. Recall GP Lama reviewed an iteration and was critical about power accuracy but honeslty for majority of riders it's probably not a huge issue and saving Vs a wahoo etc etc is massive
If anyone wants some free trainer road trial months let me know in DM
Yeah, I did that last winter and broke my ankle slipping on black ice. Pretty much 2-3 months of ice and snow where I live. Never mind the driving wind and rain and freezing temps. An indoor trainer is brilliant for winter for a magnitude of reasons. You could walk everywhere and not have a car, that's free? You could stand outside someone's house and watch there tv/Netflix from through the window rather than have your own subscription, that's free? You could take extra napkins when out to wipe your (poo) instead of buying toilet roll, that's free?
RGT is pretty good, it has a subscription but there is also a few free routes that change around or you could try the Grand theft auto 5 cycling mod if you have a copy of the game XD
I'm going to be using mine at work while on a zoom call
Why don't you save yourself the expense and go outside? What will be next, indoor horse racing?
If you want a deep tissue massage then this won't cut it, sure it will feel like it's doing something but it won't go deep enough to really break up the muscle fibres. I go to a sports massagest and that was what he told me I went for the theragun prime, it costs more (mine was around £230) but I know it will go really deep into the muscle which is what I wanted
Looks like Steve Austin's bionic hip replacement (nerd)

Bikes and Sportswear at Wiggle UK
Wiggle started out in the late 1990s when entrepreneur Mitch Dall purchased cycling store in Portsmouth called Butlers Cycles. However, Dall had big plans for the business. Seeing that cycling was bound to boom, and a passionate cyclist himself, he also noticed that the internet was due to take off, and realised that online commerce would thrive as a result.
After rebranding Butler’s as Wiggle in 1999, Dall steered Wiggle into a period of constant expansion, as the firm became the number one online cycling retailer in the UK. A buyout followed in 2009, and Wiggle began to branch out. From its traditional base as a cycling specialist, it added running and swimming to its repertoire, becoming a general fitness merchant in the process.
