Thanks. They're all up north and I'm in the Midlands. Good to know though if I'm ever in that neck of the woods.

Look into renting your car out

C-137

Personally I would only go for 24 months deal on electric cars. With the advancements happening rapidly nowadays for battery technology, 2 years could be the right one to sign up for. But depends on personal circumstances etc anyway. Regarding servicing, as far as I know, the costs are really cheap and you might even get a maintenance package for cheap too. Perhaps some actual owners can update? Regarding lead times, this deal had the car in stock. Im sure a number of hyundai dealers have the car in stock for quick delivery. Worth checking with the provider you go with.

petem2

Just looking at the quotes and it's £2pcm for the 36m - is there a service that will sting at that point? Any idea on the lead times for receiving the car before I go stick my details in?

C-137

Haha the new M3, they have just ruined it IMO. Felt really sad when I saw it (annoyed) gloriously messed it up.

tazg101

Hope so . Hopefully they will serve the mass markets. Ioniq 5 looks nice, but for 45k I rather have a ford mach-e or the Tesla. Or an rs7 or BMW M3 lol

Approved used 2016 model

peter1969uk

Obviously mistakes made on the dealer website. For those saying it's a 2016, its a 2020 model. Which means it can't be a 2016 registered car. Obviously this all need to be cleared up with the dealer, before ordering. If its a new car, I'd have been all over this, if it hadn't been to big for my garage.

5k a year to rent a 4 year old car, nice (y)

charleaward81

So used s class, you are responsible for all services and repairs. Servicing costs you are looking at well over £2100, plus mot cost every year. Tyres will need replacing before you hand it back. Good luck!!!!

Would love this car! But...... Deal notes Pre Registered September 2016. Ex Demo with current Mileage of 28458 So not such the great deal originally thought 😔

Haha, yeah, whatever. You keep thinking that if that’s what it takes to get you through the day. Unlikely anyone will be paying any attention to what you have to say. I mean with all that dross you are spouting, I would envisage most will just think you are a tedious troll. But, like they say, you carry on with the “dross”, as you never know there might even be a wooden spoon award in it for you.

deleted97054

Hopefully that helps more people work out if it's good value for them specifically, thanks for the addition.

deleted97054

Gary that wall of dross is deeply depressing, that last line will stick with me as the epitome of low self esteem online desperation. It's a deal site to save people money, that's all, don't get so worked up if you can avoid it. I'm going to keep positing comments if they help people pay attention to costs they might not realise from a post. You know you can ignore me, maybe do that? I'm not going to reply as this has wandered into something more depressing,I wish you well.

All the sub-M's, which still count as M's. Given a lot of them are barely any slower, for example like the M140/M240/M340/ Z4 50M, etc. Then the S58 which is the same engine with slightly upgraded internals is in the M3/X3 M/X4 M etc. Also it's not like "M-Sport" as a trim level - given the performance of them I'd say the the sub-Ms with their M**** branding are M cars. You can mix and match parts between the S58 and B58 as they're so similar, you could mess with your B58 block to get the larger bore and shorter stroke of the S58 if you had deep enough pockets. The same way you could between N55 and S55. Plus the amount of yanks after big power from the new Supra means that engine is getting a lot of attention in the tuning scene. B58 and S58 both replace N55 and S55, which makes sense of course.

YoungingtonCraigington

What M cars have a B58?

psychopompos

No, the fwd minification hasn't been applied to the 2 series (yet).

Who said anyone NEEDS a brand new car? Wants and needs are obviously two totally different things that apply to different people in different circumstances. Such a pointless argument to make. It's like saying no one needs a brand new phone when they could just go buy a used one from a few years ago at a fraction of the price. Of course they could, and some people absolutely should when they can't afford a new phone. But I'm not sure if you're aware but sometimes people like to purchase new products. Crazy I know! :o

GGMI

Who send spend £20k? Why do you need a brand new car?

codebee

How many people have £20k laying around? It's my understanding that these kind of deals aren't so bad when you consider the depreciation over 2-3 years if you bought the same car outright. It's good if you want to drive new cars and change every couple of years.

Michaelgell91

My wife has the Hyundai Tucson se nav 230 deposit 230 a month for 10k miles 2 year contract. That includes a metallic colour would have been about 30 cheaper a month for the free colour. Similar spec reversing camera, nav, android auto etc..

I think one of the main reasons is that 2 weeks ago, you could've got a 7 seater BMW over 2 years for less than £5k with 8k pa. 10k pa worked out at £5.1k. I know we haven't got a time machine...

I guess the high initial rental and only 12 months may put some people off. Plus the usual dissing of the manufacturer and type of car, I suppose.

The Yes Lease Terms and Conditions say you have 14 days from the date you were notified of the price increase to cancel your order, any money paid will be refunded.

I think some of your questions are a bit much. Who cares about the delivery driver getting back to work. Ask him to give you two rings so you know he got back okay if you want to. Who knows if the virus is inside. What's the best way to check the car?? Use your mince pies...
