But you just need to have the railcard available to show, when they check tickets on the train?
My tip would be to make sure you already have your photo already uploaded and bank card details already registered. (edited)
I was ready at 1.59pm and reloaded the app several times and the railcard prices weren't reduced at all for me.
Couldn't even see a banner.
