For those that want an official Ninja flat plate, it's normally around £29.99 form Ninja directly but Amazon have it for £22.49 ATM.

Last year a voucher code error allowed folk to purchase at £110 when the RRP was over £400 at the time. They honoured the error. It goes to show the mark up on these and how much they value their customers and reputation. Unless a third party declines the voucher saving, given their history of excellent customer service, I think it is unlikely that the orders would be cancelled.

VERY different devices. This is a ‘hot smoker’ (USA call it “BBQ”) whereas the Weber Lumins are lelectric versions of a UK (gas or charcoal) “barbecue” grill.
The Lumins give you some of the flavour from the dripping onto hot ‘coals’. The Woodfires give you some of the flavour of the smoke of whichever wood you are using.
There is a massive difference between “Lo n Slo” BBQ smoking and grilling =over= a searing fire (or other heat source) - and I reckon a large proportion of Ninja’s UK customers are unaware of it, until they try to use the thing and complain about the absence of “charcoal” flavouring (which doesn’t actually come from charcoal, but they know what they mean!)

All very strange , had email from ninja kitchen saying order will be delivered today via DPD .
But DPD reads that my SHARK order will be delivered today , not ordered a SHARK.
DPD app also says SHARK order totalling two orders , one out for delivery today , other they are awaiting it from supplier .
