    From a personal trainer... The macronutrient split on these is poor. High in fat and sugar, protein isn't that high either. I make my own in minutes. Whisk protein powder, eggs and a little flour... Use 1 cal spray and a non stick pan... Done.

    Not bad… I got a pack in offer a few weeks back. Had some butter and honey on, and they were better than I expected.

    I always buy these. Very decent size too. I noticed this week they were 50p a pack, so bought 3 packs (Asda, Cwmbran). 2 packs I popped in the freezer. As I'll tend to get though a packet in about 2/3 days.
