I would recommend highest caution before using them. While it used to be reasonably chain (I have used them in the past few times for simple tasks with no issues), recently their customer service quality appears to be nosediving. They caused some damage to my car during simple task, tried to blame me and now I'm trying to get them fixed the damage, with their HQ somehow involved for 3 weeks and counting.
I'm afraid it can end in Small Claims Court.
You can check their opinions on Trustpilot, which varies across different centres, but recently not very encouraging.

Used to use them untill I had an MOT and a new bloke there said I needed a new rear tyre as it had a bulge. Definitely didn't have a bulge. He said the 2 front ones need replacing because they were close to the limit.
Not much I could do coz he had failed it.
I had 2 new rear tyres and he said what about the front. I said they are advisory, he said well I might fail them by the time you come back for the retest.
Like a mm would wear I'm a few days.
So from trying to do me over they ain't had my business since. Stupid way to work.
Go to the local MOT only garage now.

I too would recommend extra caution with this lot. They only had to change a tyre on my alloy. My Mrs gets a mile down road, only one bolt left holding it on. They tried to say these things can happen and don't worry they'll put it right. Assured the wife it was perfectly safe to drive after, second independent option I got said complete opposite. Mistakes can happen, its how you put them right or lack of that matters.

Be careful with this firm, I’ve had a few issues with doing the tracking on my car, in fact they couldn’t track a snail across a kitchen floor. They also broke a stud of on my os rear hub and never told me

    215/65/R16
    205/55/R17
    155/60/R15
    175/55/R15
    215/70/R15

Nearest one to me has a 3.9 rating out of 5. Seems good, until you realise that a vast majority of 1-star reviews are all within the last couple of years.

    One to avoid.

They literally fitted the wrong tyres to my car last week. Not even an apology. As other have said, I would steer clear.
