Carling Cup, Emirates Stadium

You'll be very lucky if these get to GS guys. If you become a Red Member/Junior Gunner you'll be more likely to get them. This is around £30 though so only worth it if you'll go to other games.
- SamuraisShadow

For the Bolton game Bolton charged their fans the same price, so hopefully if City are nice they'll do the same.

Is there a way to wipe that ridiculous smile from Samir Nasri's face?
It seems to be a permanent facial feature - like the Joker or something.
    I really hate it.

Please, can someone from either set of fans please rush the pitch and elbow him a few times while shouting Y SO SRS?

    Thanks.

It should be a cracking match Andy especially if my namesake does the business i'm sure he will to show no hard feelings from a city fan i've duly added heat for a good deal!

Mancini will almost certainly rest Silva. I bet he pretty much goes with the team that did Wolves in the previous round. Although, if Tev goes a grovelling he might get a game. Either way, it's the tie of the round for me and is worthy of the final itself. £5 is a stupid bargain and again, well done Arsenal for this. City sometimes do things like this, but I seldom see a top London club doing £5 matches - normally ridiculous prices down there and I feel sorry for true fans being priced out of football at the expense of the rich and corporate - or yer average Joe having to spend a small fortune that they can't really afford on a season ticket.

Totally agree, we managed to get tickets to both the other Carling Cup matches and there was some empty seats available too...

This will obviously sell out a lot quicker though than any other budget game though.

Might be worth becoming a red member if you aren't already, as this will sell quick.

I thought this may have been posted already but when I saw that it had not (double/triple checking) I had to post. Your other posts about the carling cup games inspired me to post this as I went to the Bolton and Shrewsbury games too, if that means anything :-D

The majority of Arsenal fans I know have never been to a game and they all live within 15 miles of the ground, whereas every Spur fan I know is a season ticket holder. Plus The Loyne arguably has the best atmosphere in England. Arsenal are from Woolwich anyway.

It's easier for a big team to sell 60,000 tickets than a small one to sell 40,000. Doesn't really matter how die hard the fans are if there aren't enough seats.
  26. deleted402353's avatar
Refuse to spend a penny on my team until they start spending money on the team. I didn't renew my membership and didn't buy the kit even though the away kit reminds me of those really nice ones we used to have.

I think as fans we shouldn't stand for the ridiculous cost of our ticket prices compared to other clubs and yet on transfers and wages we spend remarkably less.

both times we sat on east stand lower tier, pretty much centre of the pitch. Bolton game we were only 5 rows from the pitch pretty sweet for a tenner!

I remember the home premier league game last season - city were awful, just defended the entire game and I think managed 1 shot on all game - arsenal dominated completely
Unfortunately our shooting was sh*t so we drew But if any team can beat city, it will be Arsenal.

As for the feeder club comments, we've only given them lazy hasbeens and crap, other than Nasri.

are you joking about the Arsenal waiting list?
Is that like when Man United said they had a waiting list, now they resort to spamming to sell tickets

I've just realised that this game is one that you can use the friends and family service. You can get extra tickets using your account, I think upto 4, but might be wrong. These go on sale 10AM on Tuesday 8th. So you can get better seats before they go to general sale on Wednesday 9th.

    Extract from Arsenal.com

    Friends and Family Service
The Friends and Family Service will be available to all Platinum, Gold, Silver, Red and Junior members on Tuesday 8th November at 10am. (booking fees apply) Please note that we are unable to activate any membership cards once the Friends and Family sale period commences. Members will receive paper tickets for any tickets purchased through this scheme. (Booking fees will apply).
Paper tickets purchased via the Friends and Family Service or on General sale will be dispatched to the lead client's registered address .

Upper NTC = Upper Next to Centre
Upper NTC (Back) = Upper Next to Centre at the back

How many rows are there on the upper tiers?

Between 17 and 33 rows depending on the Block you sit in.
The Blocks in the middle of each stands have got the most rows.
For blocks 130-133, there is 18 rows for Block 130, 22 rows for Block 131, 30 rows for Block 132 & 33 rows for Block 133.
Blocks 96, 107, 118 & 129, which are in each corner have all got 17 rows each.
    Hope that helps.
