    Great price for a very-nearly great product.
    Air fryer, pressure cooker, sous vide, dough proofer, etc
    It even does auto magic hands-free pressure release.
    There are however two ‘gotchas’ to be aware of.
    1/ the plastic tab on the inner removable pressure cap is breakable. Be careful with it!
    2/ food residues can stick the safety interlock, leaving the lid locked in place. However it is easy to unlock, and if you ensure it is kept clean, it won’t jam. See

    for the detail.
    Because of these minor issues, this is being sold off silly cheap. A bargain for anyone that is prepared to put up with its little quirks! (edited)

    we bought this and used only couple of times.. However found Rust on the rim of the lid just after couple of uses. So had to return it back..
