Feature rich and boasting a high volume, small form factor, the Kolink Rocket Complex Mini-ITX Case is the perfect chassis for SFF enthusiasts. A tower-style design, this case utilises the iconic Rocket hexagonal cut-outs for exceptional airflow as well as a strong aesthetic. Manufactured using aluminium, steel, and tempered glass, there is ample support inside this case for high-end hardware, such as GPUs up to 330mm in length. This case is unique and bold, making it an excellent addition to your gaming PC.

The Features of Kolink Rocket Complex Mini-ITX Case at a Glance:

  • Tower-style Mini-ITX chassis manufactured from aluminium and steel
  • 3mm tempered glass side panel for displaying high-end hardware
  • 20.4L volume with ample support for components
  • Held together with screws allowing for extreme stripping back
  • First Kolink case to include PCIe 4.0 riser cable as standard
  • Accommodates 240mm AiO, up to 330mm GPU, and SFX/SFX-L PSU
Unique and BoldWith the Kolink Rocket Complex Mini-ITX Case, you not only get an impressive 20.4L volume in an SFF chassis, but you get a near-unique way of holding your gaming PC. This tower-style chassis was inspired by the Xbox Series X console, whilst sporting the iconic Rocket gunmetal grey and hexagonal cut-outs. With an incredibly small footprint, this chassis can easily make a statement on your desk without dominating the space.

Inside the Kolink Rocket Complex, there is amazing support for all your high-end hardware, including a dedicated 23mm section for cable management. The interior of this chassis will always be sleek and tidy. For your GPU, this case can host a VGA card with a 2.8 slot width up to 330mm long, which covers most of the models currently available. What’s more, this is the first Kolink case to include a PCIe 4.0 riser cable as standard, allowing you to vertically mount your graphics card with the latest connectivity technology. Due to the shape and style of this case, vertical is the only mounting option for your GPU.

Easy AccessHighly durable and robust, the Kolink Rocket Complex Mini-ITX Case is manufactured from premium materials. The internal structure utilises steel, whilst the panelling is either 2mm aluminium or 3mm tempered glass. Rather than rivets, the case is held together with screws, making it incredibly easy for you to strip the chassis back. This is vital for installing hardware, as it creates more room to manoeuvre within the chassis.

Keeping CoolThanks to the stylish, hexagonal cut-outs, the natural airflow within the Kolink Rocket Complex is already phenomenal. Paired with the conductive nature of aluminium, passive heat transfer is effective and efficient, priming this chassis for an enthusiast system. Sticking with air-cooling, this case can support CPU coolers up to 110mm. Should you prefer water-cooling systems, there is support for a 240mm AiO loop with a CPU cooler up to 62.5mm tall.

Integrated within the chassis are two Kolink Classic 120mm fans. These PWM fans enhance the cooling potential with their curved fan blades and adjustable speed controls. Simply connect via your motherboard and set these high static pressure fans to the rotational speed to suit your current workload.

Unique DesignDue to its unique design, the interiors have been cleverly curated to support the maximum amount of hardware possible, including the larger form factors where possible. For instance, the PSU, hosted at the top of the Kolink Rocket Complex, can either be SFX or SFX-L. This allows for higher wattages to power those demanding systems. Opting for the larger SFX-L unit does require removing the PSU bracket, but this is easily achieved thanks to the aforementioned capacity to strip back this case.

For providing yourself with ample storage, the drive bay can host four 2.5” drives – both HDD and SSD – with support for M.2 drives as well. Thus, you can create a fast and flexible storage solution for your gaming library with ease. Additionally providing high-speed support, the I/O panel is equipped with a USB3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and USB 3.0 port on the top panel.

I actually bought this and have it running since last month.

    i7-14700KF CPU
    32GB DDR5 6000 Corsair Vengance RGB ram
    Asrock Z690 Phantom ITX mb
    Nvidia 4070 Super
    Corsair SF850L PSU
Cooler Master 240L RGB water cooler

    1. Not much info was available bar one ok Youtube review which should it ran 1 degree hotter than the NZXT H1. Although this is readily available for £70 and the H1 is about £250 and discontinued.

    2. It is a pain in the arse to try to build in this thing. The manual says you just need to take off the aluminimum outer shell, and then take off a panel for for the fans/cooler - but in reality you end up having to dismantle half the inner chassis

    3. You will end needing to buy a tonne of 90 degree conectors and adaptors for both inside and outside the case. Inside the case they will impede the fans on a cooler.

    4. If you buy a Corsai SFX or SFX-L PSU, they will ship with 30-40cm power cables, whereas the full size Corsair ATX PSU come with 50-60cm cable. In short you will have to buy custom cables - aim for 50-60 cm.

    5. And finally if you are using a 240 water cooler, you need to make sure the high of the water pump + fans + radiator are all within 110mm.

Worst build I've done, but happy with the results and usage afterwards.

Anyone know if this will be strong enough for something like Wensleydale or is it better suited for your standard softer cheeses like cheddar?

I paid more than this for a PCIe 4.0 riser cable alone. Great price

Not exactly a Mac Pro in the design department.

Decent ventilation - Similar configuration as the NZXT H1 I’d imagine but prob fighting temps even in that configuration so likely need Liquid Metal for the CPU paste to help keep temps down and a decent rad for the GPU
