Wow, great price. This is a brilliant thermostat for homes with combi boilers and radiators (ie most of the UK!), probably the best smart one you can get. It will work out how warm it is outside, and from that calculate what time it needs to come on to warm up your house for the time you set - so it is much more efficient and pleasant. (edited)

This is actually a really good bit of kit, but the LCD fails constantly and requires you to buy a new thermostat (unless you want to control it solely from your phone).

I also had the link to the wifi go down and having replaced 3 thermostats in as many years, I gave up and went for the inferior, but hopefully more reliable, Hive.

Nope - raise a support ticket with Netatmo and they will replace for free.

I'm about to send ours off (for a second time) to France for it to be fixed even though the system is over 4 years old - great customer service!

You can also get the replacement e-ink display off eBay/AliExpress for below £20 if you're handy with a screwdriver...

Can I connect a second thermostat to my relay and have two zones?

Edit: apparently not, you need two relays and separate heating circuits. (edited)

    Did you install yours yourself?

This bit of kit has came in really handy for me. I can be away from home for days or even a week at a time so having the ability to turn on and off the heating remotely has saved me a fortune.

Anyone manage to get this working with geofencing?

Sounds like the perfect product but poor build quality.

No, I leave mine on the coffee table and it's always getting knocked off, however the worst that happens is it splits in half and I put it back together.

I can't imagine any of the other brands being as durable. (edited)

Well, you know, if they had all the time in the world, they could've really put their heart into making it uglier. But hey, we all have our quirks, don't we?

Anyone have any trouble connecting this to the boiler? (I bought one 2 years ago and 3 boiler people looked at it and said no)
    - but should mention had a similar one for years and liked it, hence why bought again (edited)
