Saves you £20 compared to ordering separately, I am taking the plunge.

Doesn't look like the switch is selling out with pre orders still avalible.

No mention of it being day 1 stock though, which is why i would be wary of cancelling any current orders with them just to get this deal.

Nintendo are allocating pre-orders in batches so stores will keep changing their availability. Ever since the Wii lots of stores have been wary about 6 month long waits for pre-orders so only take orders they expect to fill.

The fact they're offering bundles could be a sign that they're having to work harder to sell them or it could be a sign that they're selling so well, they've decided to shift stock to more profitable bundles (margins on consoles by themselves are normally tiny).

Just a heads up. Had this reply from them regarding stock.

Hi. Any Nintendo Switch's ordered today aren't guaranteed to be fulfilled on release day. We don't have a guaranteed date for the current wave of order

Just look at other 'deals' for the switch, plenty of disappointment expressed in them

I pre ordered 2 one from game and one from Amazon to make sure I got one. Was going to keep them both and sell 1 to help make mine cheaper but with loads of pre orders still not sure if I should just cancel the extra.
#15
Should i take the plunge and get it at this price? Or do you guys think it will be cheaper more closer to launch from someplace else?

Considering they've recently announced they'll have more stock at the £198 price there would be many unhappy people if they cancel those initial orders.

I thought they announced they'd honour the price, not sell even more?

Hot! I got my PS4 Pro from them. So glad that Game are still in business. So many high street shops slowly disappearing.

Based on their rep, I'd be surprised if they actually fulfil more than 10 of these.

Dlc is just a think now, we just got to accept it. Seems easy money to just cut stuff from the final product and sell it as extras, they know people will pay

My thoughts exactly! Good luck to those who preordered and who sign up but I still see this as a gigantic red flag warning and just an exercise in boosting their mail list.

I don't think there will be any stock issues come launch. Pretty much all the major outlets still have launch day stock.

I bought a new 3ds xl playing ocarina of time/a link to the past/majoras mask instead. I would not be enjoying playing BOTW at that price anyway.

the problem is I was already paying £48 for Zelda for that price there should have been no DLC

I don't understand how every single retailer is selling the Switch for 279.99 give or take 5p or so, yet gameseek somehow miraculously could sell it at £199???

Hope people have remembered to cancel their amazon pre-orders, seems to be a lot of stock now Nintendo have ramped up manufacture.

They couldn't, they lost out big time and have been trying to swing it into a publicity opportunity to recoup some of the loss.

Ill be extremely surprised if everyone gets one at release. They don't have the best rep at the best of times.

Seems pretty standard to me look at ps4. Nioh £49.99 season pass £19.99. For Honor with season pass £74.99. Im ok to pay the same price as these for Zelda

They only need sell a handful at the price.

I guess with preorders people always drop out, (or like Game payments fail left, right n centre) they can just re-allocate that stock?
