About this deal

The Oris Aquis Date Relief is inspired by the colour and feeling of water. The grey dial recalls the colour of a stormy sea, while the watch’s signature diving scale numerals in relief are a reminder of the texture of water, as well as its elemental role in all life. The case measures 43.5mm in size, with a dial that features 6 o'clock date window and silver-tone hands, hour and minute index markers.

I would always recommend a metal stap if swimming in a watch as it drys better and gets less sweaty sticky. great deal though

I would rate this over a metal bracelet for swimming ....each individual link collects droplets and takes ages to clean from all the crevices. A silicone or rubber strap just wipe it dry...only got the lug and clasp end to worry about.
Oris rubber straps are one of the best I haven't experienced any stickiness. Have a nice vanilla scent too lol (edited)

As much as I like the Aquis and will buy one at some point, I can't help thinking about the marketing bod at Oris who has to come up with this guff to try and sell a watch....Hmm, we've got a grey sunburst dial and raised markers on the bezel insert...what can I liken these to?
Well, it's obviously the 'texture of water, as well as its elemental role in all life'.
Seriously? Do people fall for this rubbish, buy one based on that and think of stormy seas every time they subsequently look at the watch? (edited)

Nice watch but personally hate straps that have the name on like this, regardless of what brand they are

I have this with the metal bracelet and I love it. Paid a lot more than this for it too. Great deal.

I do like Oris, probably the best watches to get at this price point. Personally not a fan of the strap on this one though, and as ever, way too big...
