Can't cast or remote install to Xbox Series X?

Recently, I can no longer cast to Xbox (doesn't appear as device in YouTube).

Also in Xbox Game Pass Android App, I go to a game and "Install To..." n it just says "We didn't find any devices."

Xbox is wired to router.
Xbox can reach internet.
All remote features enabled on Xbox n it has a name.
Xbox up to date.
Xbox set to standby (but not work when switched on).
VPN at router level

Anyone had this?
