Do Samsung do end of line tv offers?

Seeing LG's C2/C3's posted quite frequently on here and at great prices considering they're probably the best bang for your buck OLED's. Has me wondering where all the samsung offers are? It looks like they release their 2024 models in a month or so yet their current discounts are abysmal. Looking specifically at the Frame TV. I have access to the Samsung EPP store and even there the discounts are pathetic. Any ideas if/when I can expect these to go on sale?
