Most tablets are big now, 10.x, 11.x or 12 inch on average and up.
4/5g is a premium feature in most brand tablets like Apple, Lenovo and Samsung. The ones with LTE are older models and only have 3/4gb ram and 32/64 storage. You'll be looking at at around £300-£350 for something like Lenovo P11 5g or the Samsung S6 lite.
You'll probably have to look at the Chinese one's. Shame, as you've just missed the 11/11 sale on AliExpress. I don't know if you use it Or prefer UK based like Argos, Amazon, Curry's, JL?
Anyway, for Chinese one's, look on AliExpress, Amazon, ebay. Look for Alldocube iplay 50 pro or the 8.x inch mini pro, Doogee T10, T20, T30, Telecast M50/T50/pro's. They should all be around £200.
