Book flights and hotels separately and you’ll save easily 50% plus and purchase annual travel insurance just in case of any mishaps and always use a credit card.

Currently it’s not that good booking seperate ! Flights have gone up loads ! And accommodation on its own . EasyJet are good we booked Crete for 9 nights in August just checked and with the discount code it’s £300 cheaper so cancelled our original one with them got a instant refund to a gift card and then rebooked .

Our Easyjet flight to Berlin last summer had a 8 HOUR delay at the airport (at 3am, so lots of trying to sleep on uncomfortable chairs in hallways)
The kids were so miserable they just wanted to go home and forget the holiday
Thankfully we persevered and had an amazing time, plus we got compensation for the flights
so the original flights total cost was £600 but the compensation was £880

EasyJet would have provided you with accommodation and dinner/lunch if the delay was 8 hours on top of compensation.

Anyone know of anywhere "reasonably" cheap to take a five and six year old in the summer holidays?

You can generally get a decent holiday to Mallorca, 2 and a bit hour flight also, so it's doable; we just did it for Easter with 4 kids 6 and under! Just avoid Magaluf and you'll be grand!

Not worth going with easyJet. Too many issues and the staff are all miserable.

Sounds like the passengers as well to be fair

The napkins on the aircraft have a QR code allowing you to register for a further £60 discount code. (Takes a few hours to come through).

Used easy jet to Antalya from BHX for 7 nights, flights return £78 , hotel B&B £15 a night with swimming pool, took local transport to hotel return 56 pence each way, underseat luggage was 10k. Happy to sit anywhere.

Hi can i ask who you used to book your hotel please was it booking.com?

Just checked and if I book separately it's £200 cheaper than the holiday price advertised with easyjet holidays. (edited)
    AndrewMS3's avatar
to be fair there are 000's of holidays listed and you picked one to track through for an alternative plan and you found it cheaper - that's a result.
The moral here is check if you are preapred to save yourself some money, but its not guranteed to be cheaper by planning it yourself. (edited)

Ridiculous prices. This is how they make money. Marketing crap.
  10. speric07's avatar
The prices have gone up by about £500 since I looked at the weekend! Save £200 but pay £300 more!

I was thinking the exact same thing lmao here I was getting all excited

I booked a holiday with easyjet yesterday. Just gone back and added the same holiday with the discount code and it's still £30 more than what I paid

    Typical easyJet.

As long as it's not Pegasus I'm in. Stupid Pegasus and their annoying delays.

Fly easyJet quite often, as good as anyone for shorthall. Holiday packages can be bargains at times. Going to Gran Canaria next month, 7 days for £255

Booked last night to Antalya via Top cashback, got another £45 coming back(Must use the website not the app). Good deal and no stress trying to book everything separate. Coming in at £1100 per person all in, 5 star and local airport to fly from
    crazy_kalz's avatar
Are you going in summer holidays?
  15. stelo's avatar
Ripp off. I have been looking for a holiday on their website for the last couple of weeks, it was £295 per person. Now it is £396 per person. Poor business strategy
    003294's avatar
Supply and demand, as soon as loads start booking prices strat creeping up
  16. beaufinder1's avatar
Easyjet currently allow you to book package holidays until the end of 2025 but only allow you to book flights until the end of February they are panicking people into booking their overpriced packages because they make more money.
  17. Phil_Stone's avatar
Our flight from Turkey last year was cancelled and we got compensation which literally paid for the holiday so can’t really complain
  18. Cammio's avatar
Currently I'm finding the same holiday with Easyjet is 2x the price on the likes of TUI and Jet2, so it's a no brainer for us
  19. shizer's avatar
can this be used for any flights or does it only apply to packaged holiday?

if flights, where do you put in the code - or do i need to complete the passenger information to get to it? i dont want to put in a load of information if i dont know what the final price will be
