Just a 'heads up' for everyone.
From 01 Feb 2017 John Lewis 'No Quibble' returns is changing from the very generous 90 days to more in line 35 days.

    Hi Misa

Thanks for posting the link, fame at last!, unexpected I must say!

Items already purchased are covered by the 90 days.

    Cheers

To a few others, apart from shopping at John Lewis, I have no association with JLP at all.

Good call John Lewis. No point providing 90 days return anyway. 30 days is more than enough for anybody.

Great to see the quality staff at the mirror have brushed up on their maths skills, working out 35 to be half of 90?! Lol

Article author (Emma Munbodh) needs to bone up on her maths, quote "If you're a regular shopper at premium department store John Lewis, you may be disappointed to discover the retailer is about to cut its generous 90-day refund policy to half - at 35-days." unquote.

Anything purchased before 30th of Jan is covered under the 90 day. After that date anything purchased is covered by the new 35 days and the new wording.
