I've just gone through a deal to a website called mighty deals and they were selling 32gb memory cards for £10 so I bought 2 and I got 2 emails with "voucher" codes to another website I've never heard of and the other website charges £4 each for delivery. I don't want to enter my details on there aswell to get ripped off again.. Is there anything I can do? Please help!

Dear **** Customers, kumamayo2 & Rob1980

We realise that you are concerned about delivery delays and have concerns we are a ‘scam’ company. Please rest assured that is not the case, as mentioned previously **** is owned by Moneyexpert Ltd (www.moneyexpert.com) which is a leading financial price comparison site. Moneyexpert.com is a well-funded and reputable site which has been in business since 2003 helping millions of people find the right financial products.

I would also like to re-confirm that we want to make sure that you receive quality products from us, we pride ourselves on Customer Service & After Sales care and it is the policy of **** to honour the product(s) offered by our merchants and where not possible we will provide you with a refund.

We realise that due to the recent time consuming security audit we have had to conduct that deliveries have been delayed, and in turn there have been a high number of customer enquiries and a back log to work through.
We have, where possible kept everyone updated and have since asked our merchants to re-commence shipments to all our genuine customers. Please accept our apologies if your delivery has been delayed due to this, If you do not receive your order in the next week please let us know by sending the details through to our “Contact Us” page and we will check that your order has not got caught up on the ‘on hold’ list.

Can you please help us to help you by sending your details through our contact us page / calling customer support on 01483 412 978. I have previously mentioned that the screen name(s) on this forum in no way help us to locate your information on our systems.

Rob1980 – As mentioned previously – “I believe we have emailed you twice regarding the purchase of your TV. The email was to confirm our supplier for these, Pixmania has your details and will be shipping w/c 7th May. Please email us at customer services if you have not had this contact”

Thank you all once again for your patience and for bearing with us whilst we work through the back log we have at this time.

Kind regards

Customer Support
Just a quick comment with regards to the Mighty Deals / Vivacity USB problem.

I ordered the vouchers from Mighty Deals and upon discovering that the items sold by Vivacity were not genuine items I requested a refund from Mighty Deals and Vivacity for the money paid to each.

Mighty Deals paid the full amount due. It took a few weeks for the payment to be processed but I was paid what I was owed.

Vivacity have never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. It is also interesting to note that their "head office" telephone number and their technical helpline number are no longer in service.

So while we all have had problems with Mighty Deals at least they seem to attempt to resolve the issues
Their just a shocking company! Don't know what their doing! I will be reporting to watch dog.
I too can't see why the use of all the ****.

I have never used them myself and it is quite clear that they do need to improve their reputation somewhat to convince people that they can be relied upon to provide a good service.

On the basis that the **** user if genuine, I guess you have to give them some credit for coming on here to answer questions and criticism in addition to trying to give some specific answers to individual questions.

Many companies would give you nothing more but a line of spin.

I hope that the company will continue to make the same effort in the coming weeks/months until we can see a thread on here recommending them in the same breath as those retailers that we are happy to place our trust and money with.
I purchased a ticket for cineworld for £4.50 and later found that i had been charged someone elses tickets also just because we had the same surname! different bank details and addresses i find this unacceptable! and they still have not sorted this matter out.
The gf just badgered me into buying something from this website, I wish I'd seen this post first. Fingers crossed it actually arrives, good job I ordered on a credit card.
I have purchased 2 things through Mighty Deals - one arrived very quickly and exactly as described (happy :) - the other I am still waiting for since March 2012 (now June 2012), have communicated with supplier several times who initially paid me lip service and said they would dispatch my item shortly, clearly they never did and now I get no communication at all. am writing to Mighty Deals today - will let this thread know the outcome...
On another note . . . colleague has just informed me that he discovered fraudulent transactions on his credit card the day after buying from Mighty Deals, so we just thought we'd do a google search on the company and found this thread.

Quite alarming to say the least! Prior to this purchase he hasn't used the card in a while and has had no previous card fraud issues. One of the transactions was to an Ipswich branch of Pizza Hut (a phone order), so hopefully the card company will be able to trace the culprit, but we read their open letters to the thread and saw that one said they had been targeted by a CC fraud ring that were making purchases and causing delays while they sorted it out, perhaps that 'ring' are also taking customer's details too?! oO
Purchased a 32mb memory stick from mighty deals same problem the codes they have issued not acceptable. By the supplier redstoneshopping cannot get any response from either co by e mail or phone have now contacted my credit card company to see if they can help
Don't buy anything from mighty deals bug scam!!! Bought steam mop at the beginning of June and I am still waiting to receive it. I have asked for refund on 2 occasions but no response to my e-mails?????? Ridiculouse pay £60 and still not received the item. The companies that they use for the deals are they real or a huge scam??? I will be posting lots of reviews about mighty deals and they won't be good ones!!! Don't use this deal website I have warned you
Just purchased a cinema ticket for £4, code was e-mailed straight away (usually these Groupon style websites send voucher the next day) and I was able to redeem a cinema ticket online immediately without any problems. Just thought I'd throw that out there.
I purchased some cinema tickets using multiple accounts, all ecodes for cineworld received instantly.
I wish I'd read here before buying a voucher for John Frieda products - it turns out the voucher for 2 products was limited to a very small selection of the John Frieda range and no 'normal' shampoos were available - all were colour based. So I won't be using them again, mainly because I raised the issue with customer service and eventually got a stroppy and unhelpful official email back. Caveat emptor - this site seems to be about offloading stuff no-one wants to buy. A deal isn't a deal if when you get to make the purchase it's all stuff you wouldn't want - check carefully what the details of the offer are before buying and don't assume it's something you'd want just because they are selling a 'brand name'.
Hi,I have tried to redeem my Mighty Deals voucher through the link they sent me to Gadgets and Products. I imputted my credit card details for P&P and was charged £142!!!!! I have emailed both these companies several times and even telephoned but with no success. Is this a scam???, I have informed my credit card company and I hope they can act on my behalf. Has anyone else had the same experience and if so what action did you take. Many thanks.
I to have tried to purchase 2 memory sticks from Redstone via mighty deals and received nothing. I have emailed redstone with no reply, deliveries mighty deals, with no reply and customer services. Poor poor poor service and customer support. This company needs to be given the widest publicity regarding the service you can expect.

I very recently ordered 4 of the 32gb memory sticks from Mighty Deals. but after reading all the bad stuff about Mighty Deals on your forum, I decided to cancel my order, so I emailed MD with the coupon details, my name & address, and asked for a full refund. Unlike many of you, I did get a confirmation email from MD. However, to make sure, I phoned MD the next day, and got straight through to their accounts dept. I spoke to a young lady, who asked for the email address that I had used for the order. She confirmed the amount MD had charged me, and it was repaid within 4 days. When contacting MD, use the same name & address, and email address that was on the original order. By the way, if you look up Amazon etc, there are lots of cheap offers on good brand 32gb sticks. Forget about MD. Buy elsewhere!

Dear Imelda999

Thank you for your feedback.

As I’ve mentioned before the screen names on this forum don’t always tally up with the info we have on our systems, so this makes it tricky to locate individual orders or complaints. Can you please help us to help you by sending your details through our contact us page / calling customer support on 01483 412 978.

Please include the email address linked to your account so we can find your details on our system.

Thanks again

Happy shopping X)

The item I ordered came through in the end, took three and a half weeks though. I'd use Mighty Deals again future though!
It looks like i have been ripped off by Mighty Deals over an ipad connection kit. The weird thing is i was refunded £5 by Igadgetry who are supposed to supply the goods because i had been charged twice for the postage. I CANNOT understand that one.
I've ordered a few things from Might Deals but recently I have been unable to access the coupon codes for the items I've paid for. I've emailed them but my messages always come back as having timed out. How can I contact them?
