It's ok, bought a sideboard off them without any issues. Heard of some horror stories in the past where the unit had wood worm but I can't understand how that happens as wood worm can't survive in dry environments I've been told. I'd always check what you're buying with your own eyes though as construction might be different from what you expect.

Bought a leather sofa there in November. Was good.
ordered a welsh dresser . arrived with more chips out of it than the local takeaway. couldnt even all be blamed on the delivery men as some were varnished over. not good quality control.

I have found pieces of furniture I like on both Oak Furniture Superstore and Tikamoon. Though choice as I'm not familiar with either of them!
Seen one £1000 unit with 3 small woodworm holes. They played up something terrible over and got a full refund.. Unit is still sat in there lounge.Nice freebie. They are pleased with it to as they read the flies disappear and that's the end of it.What do people expect... They can also twist and crack because of central heating which upsets folks.. It's wood. That's what wood dose sometimes. Guess that's the risk but all the sales places seem to deal with problems. Just sometimes people aren't very understanding I think. I do like watching the French polishers doing there work.. Not what I thought it was all about for most repairs but I learnt a few things..

I find it difficult to spot good deals in furniture as it is though to assess the quality based on a few pictures. Sadly, most furniture stores have a decent amount of bad reviews. And due to delivery/collection costs, I can't just order several pieces and return the unwanted ones for free.
I would love to be able to create my own design and be involve in the furniture making process, without having to join a full year carpentry course
