There is a clearance Clarks in Cheshire Oaks Ellesmere Port, I paid about 2/3rds of the full price for the school shoes and trainers this year.

I know it is not Clarks but I think there is a Startrite factory shoe shop in Norwich. It is on the big business park in Thorpe by the Southern Bypass. They will be able to fit the shoes and they as good quality as Clarks
I presume it is still there but I am not sure

Startrite shoes are definitley as good as clarks and if you have a factory outlet near by its definitely worth a visit, our daughter cant usually find any clarks shoes to fit but has no problem with startrite.
