£75 on Lego probably gets you one set these days

You could try taking the set back for a refund, I doubt they'll ask for the voucher back. Then re-reserve it and pick it up Sunday to get the Gift Card

I think we can assume you rarely buy Lego then. There are Lego sets available at all price points from £2.99 and upwards. It is actually a decent deal, clearly dependent on what sets you buy.

Anyone know if this applies to Lego Dimensions?

I don't have the advert to hand, but I believe Lego Dimensions was one of the exceptions

Is that also available in store? Otherwise, the overlap wouldn't be too useful...

Yes, choose the Bricktober set you want from the shelf and take it to the checkout, it will be free when you spend more than £45 on Lego

Typical, just spent over £100 on a train set a few days ago. Got the £15 voucher, but a £20 one would of been nicer

    do they price match Amazon?

I don't believe so. This is quoted from their t's and c's:
Toys R Us stores will match any nationally advertised price within 7 days of the advertisement appearing. We will match the price at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase. You need to have your original receipt to qualify for price matching. The other retailer must have stock locally at the time of purchase. Coupons cannot be used with price matching. Direct sales, online sales, telesales and mail order offers are excluded. A price match cannot be issued in conjunction with any offer.

They won't list it on the website until it's live on Sunday. Place your reservation tomorrow and collect the following day.

Yes Toys R Us price match Amazon. You just need to show them the Amazon price via their web page. You will also get the £20 voucher as well as price matching. Don't forget to add a Lego Bricktober set to all orders over £45 as well.

Just showed them on my phone the website, it has to be in stock though so if it shows out of stock they wont price match !
I have never asked them to price match against amazon, i use asda, john lewis, argos or smyths normally

It depends on the managers discretion I guess. The one I had yesterday said it doesn't have to be instock at their site, you just have to be able to show that they had it listed at that price
