sorted byECP sell a massive range of parts by some of the best manufactuers in the business. Even in your link to a couple of faulty clutches - ECP refunded the people concerned so whats the problem?
Keep your dogmatic, uninformed views to yourself and let the heat do the talking.
Google search a Transmech Clutch Kit. People have slagged ECP off real bad for selling crap..

I've never had any issues with ECP. But then every deal has floods of 'it's rubbish' posts so nothing unusual.

They do a lot of high end research in braking, a lot of which filters down to the OE quality parts sold in the UK,
Hope this helps.

H&R added.
Ime, that is too much to pay for that. Pick one on Ebay for £35ish and have a local mechanic fit it. Make sure you get a bearing with the abs/speedo sensor, as these are on the passenger side on Mk4 astras.
your getting ripped off mate...bearing shouldnt be more then £40...fitting around £30....take it to another mechanic...
Just looked at a replacement headlight bulb. On this site it costs £83, but a Google quickly turns up the same product on multiple other sites for £45.
Is it a squeeking sound when cornering it could be brakepad warning clip rubbing against disc.
No mate its a high sound(can compare it to a slight sport car noice or something) when i go straight ..and do over 30m/hr ..
I dont think i have ABS in my car .. not sure about the speedo sensor !
£83 for a bulb?
Great find on the discount though and hopefully it does solve the issue but thought I'd give you a heads up on the pipes as ive been through this before!!
If you have wheel trims whip them off first and try it, I saved a fortune from a tyre fitter telling me I had a loose trim that was slipping-sounded exactly like wheel bearing.
Thanks
No mate .. mines are alloys , phoned another mechanic ,, he says around 120 .. Unbelievable.. 120 down from 190 from the first mechanic .. they are killing me hows this one from ebay?
Yeah that was the deal breaker for me.... can get things half that price locally
If you could squeeze that in the title, you might get some more votes.

The ones I'm looking at are prices per axle.
Save a lot of £s compared to prices for genuine VW parts .
Heat added.
For my Golf SDI 2004, I need the rear ones, but says quantity of fit 1. Do I get two pads with this then?

It's HID (High Intensity Discharge) and therefore bright as hell. But expensive.
