You pay the price of the item at the time you collect and pay not what it is at time of reservation

It says on terms and conditions, you pay the price in store, or reservation, whichever is lower.

Just had a look on Argos website it states for reserved items you pay the price in store on the day of collection

I'm slightly gutted about ordering the Vita from Very earlier, who doesn't like Lego games?

But...the Vita from Very was showing as a PS Vita 3G with 16GB Mega Pack which I paid £123, So I'm either going to be really happy tomorrow or kicking myself.

Whatever price you reserved at is honoured in store on your collection day. Just make sure you tell them the price & when it was reserved. I work for Argos so have this on a daily basis

The Sony TV is £319 right now - not much of a Black Friday saving!

Where is everyone reading that you will get the Black Friday price if ordered before it starts?

T&Cs say "If you reserve a product and the price changes before you get to store to collect the item you will pay the price you reserved the item at. If your reservation expires however the price paid for the item will be the "current" selling price of the item when the purchase is made"

I want to buy something but really don't want to get any drama in the shop!

In Argos t&c's it says that for reserved items you will pay the price on the day OR the reservation price, whichever is lower

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR ALL!!
(and the reason that everyone is giving different stories about whether you pay reservation or collection price).

The MOBILE website T&Cs state that you pay the price advertised AT THE TIME OF COLLECTION
The DESKTOP website T&Cs state that you pay the price AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION

I would recommend anyone ordering now takes a screenshot of mobile T&Cs just in case

Why is their so much confusion?
everybody knows that the price you pay is the price that it is in store on the day you collect and pay. not the price you reserved it at.
even Argos make a point of that.

I ordered a laptop too price changed from 399 to 249 when I went to my basket

all, don't forget you can text to reserve and pick up in store - managed to do that with the Dyson before the website kicked me out and gave me the "too busy" message. You have to text the catalogue number and the store you want it from to 61201.

Finally managed to check out using app the web is a no go
