About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
I've just gone to order a BT Mobile SIM only deal for my dad who doesn't need data and until Monday evening (21st November 2016), BT are offering their starter SIM at £5 per month which includes Unlimited calls and Unlimited texts and 500mb of data. The best bit is that going through Quidco, they're offering £49.50 cashback on all Sim Only deals plus the £30 Amazon Gift card BT are giving away.
In effect you will make a profit of £19.50 as worked out below:
Quidco cashback £49.50
+
Amazon Gift card £30
-
BT Mobile Sim annual cost £60
= £19.50 profit
This deal will not suit everyone so please hold the 'It is only 500mb of data' comments. This deal is ideal for my elderly father who does not use a smartphone and may help someone else. Good luck.

sorted byYou're getting this for £19.50 profit, what more do you expect as a better offer?! oO
You win the prize. Well done!!
my father got both last year. They're two separate unconnected incentives
I did this last year and got both Quidco and the Amazon voucher without any issues
Have you just made that up? I have always been paid double bonuses.
me? or who I was replying to? lol
Current trend. Get paid to use a service or product, inevitably followed up 'shall I hang on for a better deal'.
Your BT discount will end at the same time you cancel your BT contract so yes it will go to £10 if your leave BT.

Yes you can switch over his number and no it doesn't have to be in your name. The BT contract doesn't have to be in your name. It just needs to be registered to your household. Bare in mind if you cancel your BT broadband then your father will lose his discount straightaway.

The £10 deal is not for unlimited minutes but 500 mins. The texts are unlimited.
no time limit. you can port over whenever you like.

As for my experience, O2 and Three have the same practice which you might not know!
Very strange, but I'm not complaining - £30 + £38.50 + £49.50 = £118 cash back on a £60 SIM which was already a good deal, and I got three of them..!!
:-))

This or similar seems to be available every few weeks, so can any of you remember if there was an amazingly better deal last festive season ?
I only want BT for it's free use of the wifi/fon network, so the cheaper the better in that respect - I've got O2 mobile now and use tethering when stuck, but the easiest thing is for unlimited wifi when not at home (for my purposes, as not everyone has the same requirements).

Im 36y old and 500mb is plenty for me As a bt broadband customer ive got access to free bt wifi network - no need for hyper super 30gb a month mobile data option.
